Not worthy and far from city. Poor management and poor services, except the restaurant is superb.”
The management of the hotel is poor. I have requested for pick up transportation at Ulaanbator train station upon my arrival, but there is no show of the taxi driver and I have to seek for help from others to drive me to the resort, which cost 80usd and over two hours to reach there. Upon arrival, they mistakenly gave me one room, which I have ordered two. The individual house is nice, yet the toliet was full of flies which is disgusting! I requested for a room change to hotel room which cost me extra money. The air-con inside the room is very noisy. The facilities such as massage and sauna as stated in the services list was unavailable at all! The second day when I come back from the national park nearby, there was no tidy up of the room, should it be a standard services that should be provided by hotel with this rating??? Yet the restaurant was really nice and the restaurant manager is really helpful to explain the dishes in English. On the second last day before my departure, I asked the reception to order a taxi for me and asked for the time required for the taxi to come, they replied it took one hour. But the next day I have been waiting at the hotel lobby for 2 hours for the taxi to come! It looks like they are first time to order a taxi and dont know the estimated time for the taxi to come? What if the customer need to reach the airport for flight?? During our waiting at the lobby, we heard another customer complaining the hotel facilities and services too! And the reception is not good in English. Yet the restaurant is superb, good food and helpful mabager which add some marks to it. Anyway I would not recommend this resprt to anyone, due to incompetent services with this price.

The staff were incompetent and lazy. The facilities were broken and leaking. The sheets and bedding were clean, but the other parts of the room were stained. Totally not worth the money.

Cons: Poor to no management of the hotel. Staff are under trained. Rooms are getting old and very basic. No water or coffee provided. Breakfast was very poor and not presented well. Pros: Location, Restaurant food for order.
