Alva hotel is located closer to the ropeway. We enjoyed couple of nights stay, rooms were clean and staffs were courteous. Only reception staffs speak English, otherwise it was difficult to manage. At winter this location would be awesome.
Clean, spacious hotel with good price, within walking distance to Ski ropeway. Supermarket is a bit far, about 15 minutes walk. I would recommend this hotel for those who loves skiing. But if you have young children, it is tiring to carry them to the entrance of ski ropeway, unless you hire a taxi going there which is difficult to find. Not much choices for breakfast,...
The room is very spacious, clean and new. the location is ok. you will feel the neighboorhood of tsaghkadzor. arsen is very nice and helpful, he is very friendly! his parents are super nice as well.. they cooked good bfast for us. will definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back! VERY VERY GOOD HOUSE! thumbs up!
Would intend to specially appreciate the Customer service & the attitude of two of the staff- Rubik & Lily... who would always be patient, polite & ever smiling and ensuring that the Hotel Guests’ stay was comfortable. They were always willing to go the extra mile.
