A bit pricey but worth it”
All functional, quiet, clean, good service, fantastic breakfast buffet. Stayed three nights and enjoyed. One thing to mention is that there seemed to be shortage of hot water to fill the tub. I had to finish off bath in lukewarm water.

Value for money and great location”
We encounter some hiccup where our aircon in the room was not working because guest were complaining that it was too cold, so the hotel switched of the centralized air con and they told us that we can either get an electric fan or open the window in the room. At 1st we were very unhappy with the solution given, however the receiption seem very apologetic and genuine that we decide not to kick up a fuss. Opening the window was good enough. Beside that, everything else was good.

Almost the only choice in Suwon”
Second time to stay with Ramada Plaza Suwon. The hotel is almost the only option for business visitors to Suwon, the only 5 stars hotel in Suwon. The location is the central of the city but still several miles from subway station. Room is clean and comfortable, as usual. One reminder is toothpaste and toothbrush is not included in room charge, you need to pay for it if used.

I highly recommend the Ramada Plaza in Suwon. We stayed there after a day at Caribbean Bay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were helpful and courteous. I would gladly stay here again.

Comfortable place for business trip”
Spend three nights here. Conveniently located in Suwon. Suwon itself is not a very interesting place to visit, but there are frequent trains heading to Seoul. There is a airport bus leaving from the Castle Hotel to Incheon airport.

Met all the tickmarks”
Had a decent stay. It's centrally located in Suwon. A bit expensive I felt and maybe qualifies as a 4 star not a 5 star if it were another city, but better than rest of choices in Suwon. No swimming pool but they have a gym which you have to pay extra for.

Good hotel, but wasn't in good location for us.”
We had stayed at Ramada Suwon as we couldn't get our usual hotel in Hwasung for our business (they had a business conference). It was the most descent looking hotel closest to the venue besides the Rolling Hills Hwasung, however, it was still 1 hr 30 mins taxi ride every each way, and it wasn't convenient for us at all. Besides that it was a good business hotel with good business centre.

As Advertised”
It was a short stay, yet the hotel really does tower over the area. There are lots of in-hotel amenities to keep you occupied. The lobby atmosphere is impressive, for sure. There is nothing overly impressive about the room, and you may not have any view if you are on the wrong side of the building. These things happen, though. It was a solidly staffed hotel with professional service. If you come here, it is as advertised for a well-run Ramada.

This Ramada hotel has very kind clarks, who told good restaurants and view spots. The clarks can understand Japanese. Room is very clean.Bedmaking is also good. The location is near the bus terminal. I was pleased to stay this hotel.

Clean & Comfortable”
The hotel has a great location walking distance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are 2 convenient shops just across the street too. The room is very clean with comfortable bed. The hotel lounge provides live music/band in the evening too. I had the Superior King room at the highest floor 18th. Stayed 4 days in September 2016, travelled on business. Tip. If you want a good Korean bbq loved by locals, try the one behind the hotel. It's really good at the reasonable price and a plus that it's so close to the hotel.

Very nice hotel”
The hotel was very nice. The staff was always there to answer questions and help us if needed. It was almost too fancy for us though. The price of the restaurants in the hotel were too expensive so we ate elsewhere.

Clean, Modern and Well Staffed”
The staff was mostly helpful and very friendly. Our room had a lovely and was clean. The only thing about this hotel is it is not the easiest if you have bags because of the location.

I wasn't expect this hotel to be perfect as this hotel located far from Seoul. but I was very impressed by hotel staffs who are very well groomed and kind in every aspect. Also, So clean as anything. I definately recommand this hotel to stay. and I will again.
