事先订房觉得位置不错，后跟房东沟通后，各种咨询，房东很耐心，安排的都很好，一直到我到答民宿，房东还特意来迎接，一直带我走遍了芹壁村，拍照，介绍本土情况，房东是土生土长的本地人，还帮我把住宿一切安排好，介绍了怎么游玩，晚上入住后，给我加个被子，房间位置绝对好，靠海，早晨打开窗户就是面朝大海，也是《花漾》的拍摄地

Had an excellent stay! The place is amazing, very well conserved ancient building right in the middle of the picturesque seaside village of Qinbi (best place in Matsu). The owner takes very good care of guests, even took us out swimming! Really feels very comfortable 🙂 Lo pasamos buenisimo! Es una casa antigua muy bien conservada en el pueblo de Qinbi (el mejor sitio de Matsu). El dueño nos quido muy bien, incluso fuimos a nadar juntos! Nos sentimos como en casa 🙂 我們過的非常好！房子就是維護很好的古蹟，在芹壁村中（馬祖最美的聚落）。 老闆人超好，甚至陪我們去海裡游泳！他的優待讓人覺得待在望海樓像家裡一樣 🙂

堅持颱風不退費，很固執的老闆（其他民宿都有退喔）”
原定住宿望海樓10/10-12兩個晚上 10/12要搭船回到南竿搭飛機（已預定好機位） 但受颱風影響 10/11下午船公司公告10/12南北竿交通船全日停駛 跟女員工告知我們要提前10/11回到南竿才有可能搭到飛機 是否可以取消一晚的住宿 女員工回覆取消不退費因為目前馬祖沒有颱風，而且就算我們回去南竿，南竿隔天飛機也不會飛，要候補也可以在北竿候補機位 因為是續住，加上我們是到下午才得知隔天沒有船回到南竿，詢問取消退費，如果是有收手續費跟超時費我們願意接受，我們原本也還有跟老闆訂好晚餐，女員工表示食材也都幫我們買好了，這一部分我們真的感到非常抱歉遺憾！也覺得食材費我們願意負擔 但在遇到南北竿交通船全日停駛，逼不得已一定得先提早回南竿等候隔天的航班 原本我們希望可以親自和老闆談，但女員工不斷來回進出大廳再轉告我們：「老闆意思、老闆說……..」從頭到尾我們都見不到老闆。 最後在無法退費的情況下，和女員工說好下次再回來住可以免費住一晚，離開前我們想親自跟老闆說一聲抱歉，但女員工接著說「老闆在睡覺」……. 真的很讓人疑惑，那剛剛那些老闆說、老闆意思…..到底是怎麼回事？老闆到底醒著還睡著……. 在這裡住宿老闆很熱情，原先我們都聊得很開心 但在處理天候因素的取消退費部分，覺得女員工的說辭及處理方式真的蠻讓人難過的。
