Great Value just out of the city”
We wanted a location just out of the city this time around for our quick trip to Melbourne. New Quay ticked all the boxes we wanted. It was near Docklands and there was free public transport only a few minutes walk.Unfortunately, the public transport system was operating at 100% due to rallies in the city! Check in was super easy and was given an extra late check in plus reviewed what we wanted our room to be like. Car Parking was across the hotel, outdoors but good value for money considering what other hotels cost. We were told there was a car park with the hotel but it couldn't be used because they had to share it with another building. Room was as shown in the pictures. Small balcony ( as in our could open the door but not sit outside) was still great. The view was pretty in both day and night. Bed was ok to sleep in. We would have loved an extra pillow as a choice to use. I'm sure if we would have asked we would have got one but after a long day we just wanted to sleep straight away. Overall, would book again if the prices stayed the same.

New hotel in Docklands area, great for business and movement between airport and city. Slightly quieter area of the cbd but has everything you need. Have stayed here on multiple occasions. Thank you

Stayed 4 nights the rooms were nice and customer service was superb. There is no house keeping /cleaning/ food service just so you are aware as it’s not considered a hotel. However if theres anything you need the staff will try their best to help you. It is close to the water and docklands district which is a shopping mall. Tram stop to cbd is closeby. We enjoyed our stay :)

Beautiful location we stayed one night had very relaxing and good time together with my partner was so clean restaurants were just few steps away we really enjoyed using that beautiful good size balcony and yes I will definitely go there again..

The staff are awesome and friendly and always there to support your needs. I will definitely reckon this apartment to anyone, it is also close to the docklands ferry, restaurants and woolworths is just 2 mins away with trams. I got late check out too. Thank you 😊

Amazing views and a fantastic location. Right on the free tram zone to travel anywhere in the CBD, but in a quieter part of town where it doesn't feel like the middle of the city but you're minutes from it all. Beautiful water views, comfortable beds and walking distance to restaraunts and bars. Would highly recommend staying here.

We were really happy with our stay at Quest NewQuay. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. The staff are extremely friendly. Location is great right around the corner of the tram stop. Lots to do in NewQuay as well.

Clean and comfortable TV was not working (cable out maybe?) but reported to the staff next morning so probably fixed by now Good kitchen set up with toaster, jug etc but only 1 bowl and 1 spoon - I was traveling solo so no issue I would stay here again
