Pros: on the lake with a nice balcony, large room, all necessary facilities, beautiful dining hall, helpful and genenous staff and management. Cons: Somewhat damp and stuffy in the first floor room, lots of big ants especialkt in the bathroom, very uncomfortable toilet seat (wish I could attach a photo).

It was a bit difficult to find from the busstop as it is situated at the end of the village. Because of that it is nice and quiet. The room was spacious, with balcony and had a beautiful view on the lake. Nice bathroom and the wifi in het room was ok. There is a big restaurant, also viewing the lake and they serve good food and nice breakfast. Most of the staff hardly speak English, but they are very friendly. When I decided to walk to the village in the morning to find out if I could hire a bicycle somewhere, one of the girls came after me with her motorbike and took me to the place where I could hire the bicycle. Really very kind.

Everything is excellent ”

Everything here was excellent when we were here for 2 days. We do enjoyed everything providing by hotel and staffs. Sure, we will come back again :)

Speaking a little Thai helps. The hotel is a bit of a slog from the bus station especially if you are averse to motorcycle taxis but the view of lake, bridge and temples is absolutely splendid, despite current low water levels.

Not terrible. Food good. Book the better rooms pictured. Stay here only if you cannot get into the better... more expensive places which are much closer to the wooden bridge. But for 1 or 2 nights... it is fine. Ask for softer pillows and do NOT go for hotels tour offers. Those are cheaper of you ask local vendors at the bridge.

This resort is located right next to the river. We have been upgraded for the first two night but the last night we forced to moved into a room faraway from the main reception and restaurant, room weren’t that night and no Wifi.

Room wasn't clean, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and I saw a mouse at the reception desk. Walls are very thin so I could hear my Thai neighbour watching TV late at night and early in the morning. Karaoke bounced straight into our room from underneath. The town itself is not worth a visit, there's nothing but stray dogs and pork-a-holic hawkers. Even the "famous" bridge had collapsed!
