Good place to stay in Uthai Thani with nice and clean room and excellent Wifi. The bathroom is big and offers warm shower. There is a coffee corner where you can also get some snacks and sit and enjoy by the water stream. Everything is complementary. Friendly hosts and walking distance to the nearby market.

You can tell this is a hotel frequented by “lovers“… a sign in the terribly layouted bathroom (with smelly old toilet seat made of plastic past its expiration date) advises that “tampons and rubbers should be placed in this bag”… The property itself has a lot of potential, but the execution of the place is terribly tacky and unappealing. what might’ve been a lovely view onto a meandering brook is completely spoiled by rubbish that has not been cleared away. The cars are parked right outside the rooms making for a lot of noise from the coming and going of guests. All in all not a place I would return to. Also, walk-in is much cheaper than Agoda ….
