I just love being here. With an affordable price i just could get mostly everything i want. I travel with my besties. Its only the two of us. And even the room isnt quite big, but we still have a space, a view, and all the stuff. Near the park, if you love to exercise, you would love to stay here. Many seven eleven and street food. Near century mall which is has a lots of street food too in front of the buildings. What i love the most is, near to bus stop and BTS station. I could easily go around Bangkok with those public transpirtation. If you want to walk a bit more, you'll found another mall and moooooore street food around the mall. Just perfect to a backpacker or budget travel. They give new bottle water everyday. Change the towels, and make up my room. The AC beyond good. If i have to complain, its only the wifi that has poor conection. The other was great. Gonna stay again at Picnic when i hit Bangkok next time. Thank you for all the staff :) i have a pleasent stay.

I really like PICNIC hotel even though they have huge tour groups from Vietnam and China, the service is good and the rooms are extremely comfortable. I have recommended many groups of friends to stay with them and everybody has been happy with it so far.

Value hotel with clean rom and close to BTS”
Affordable price and nice location, only five mins walking distance to BTS Victory monument, where is right at the central Bangkok, you can either go up a few stops to Chatuchak or go down a few stops to Siam, very convenient, while the room is not a fancy five stars room, but it is clean and well facilitated. The breakfast is normal hotel breakfast, but why not go out for a local Thai breakfast?

Some reviews seem to be being a bit over critical for a good priced hotel. It seems to cater for a number of Asian tours so it can be a bit busy but that means there are a lot of staff working hard to look after you. And when the tours go off they have lots of time for individual toursists! The breakfast menu has a wide variety and it does change a reasonable amount. Obviously its Asian - hey we're in Asia right! - and its catering for Asian tourists mainly. But there's plenty of other choices as well. And they had a three couse dinner option (with a soft drink) for my Thai wife for 90baht for heavens sakel And it was good! Room was clean and spacious. Shower was good as well with an interesting 'pulsing' action - novel! It might not be too close to the shopping areas but its not too far either - a short tuk tuk or medium walk if you're confident with a map.

Low price,good facilities and strategic location”
I thought because it has a low price thenI'll get a lower quality, but I was wrong! their staffs were helpful, they have a comfy and clean room with all standard hotel facilities and located in strategic location too! but since its in the middle of town, its better to take BTS or MRT to go around Bangkok because taxi wont take you to places using meter, they will charged you with fixed price and it is much more expensive (especialy if you travel in duet, except you really tired after shopping or quite patient to get taxi with rational price}. It is also extremely near to King Power Duty Free (for brands shopping of course!), many Sevel Elevens around, and near massage therapy! which very helpful after walking for hours :) Their breakfast menu was not that great, but quite variative and tasted well. Very recommended!

Advantage - Clean -Friendly and English speaking staff - 5mins walk to Century Shopping mall - opposite king Power - 2 7-11 outlets just beside the hotel - Comfortable - one street walk down to Victory Monument BTS - A lot of cafes around. Disadvantage - If you like shopping at Platinum Fashion Mall, this hotel is not near. (Took us around 30mins walk to Pratunam area) Don’t bother taking grab/taxi there because the traffic is super jam... - Opposite is Spa and Massage (very expensive. 600baht per hour) I suggest head over to Pratunam area to massage as they are cheaper.

I booked this Hotel twice though I live in the Philippines. If you have something nearby Victory Monument or along the BTS/MRT/Airport Link, the Location in this Hotel/Dormitory is very convenience. Additionally, the Dormitory is affordable price and very clean. We can use Big-Locker inside our room and we can Lock that via Personal Key provided by the Hotel. Furthermore, We can use living room separated from dormitory. The facility provides us some coffee, hot water, PC, Desk, and Sofa there. It was a good place to communicate with foreign travelers also ;)

We (3 adults) stayed 4 nights in the family room. Very spacious room with 1 double bed 1 single bed, and a living area. Just like an apartment unit. The room is clean and comfortable. Exactly like what it's shown in the photos. Although it is not at platinum mall that area, but about 10 mins walk to Victory Monument BTS station. Also, very near to King Power. Just a 5 mins walk opposite the hotel. Basically no problem in transport as there are taxi, tuk tuk, grab car everywhere. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Most of them are able to communicate in English. Breakfast provided, and special thanks to the chef at the egg counter, trying to serve all orders in the shortest time. Overall worth the money.

Picnic is clean, new and comfortable, it has all the basic facility. There's 7-11, local restaurant around the corner. Just that it's a bit far from Platinum or shopping mall if you plan to shop there, taking Grab or taxi is a little time consuming because Pratunam is quite a hectic area. Nevertheless, it's a comfortable stay.

The room and bed is big, clean and comfortable. We had a 5 night stay here, everything is good including the services provided by the doormen and counter. Location weren't very convenient for us, but with grab taxi, everything is easier and convenient. The room is comparable to big hotel charging more than 2 times the price here. Will definitely stay this hotel again in my future trips. Thank You!

Our room was nice & had park view which i really love. The staffs are hospitable, especially the door man. Everything is good, facilities, location are really suit with the price. However, there is one thing that when we arrived the hotel our room wasnt available like it should be. We had to wait 1 more hour to check in under the really good working air-condition while we all sweated after walking from station. I hope next time the hotel would prepare the room on time.

Hotel is okay but dorm is disappointing ”
The hotel room is good with the price. Clean and modern. The dorm is clean and modern too but it doesnt have a sink inside the bathroom which made washing hands and brushing teeth difficult. The location is okay with food around. However it is some distance from the bts to walk under hot sun. The traffic in and out can be hectic inside bangkok city too. The staffs are otherwise very lovely and helpful. The common room is the bonus.

I have been there for three days during my bangkok trip. The hotel is near King Power which is a duty free shopping mall and also BTS. Beside the hotel, there have eight 7-11 shops. If you are hungry, u can go any of the seven eleven to buy drinks and foods. The staff are abit sienz, and keep asking me to join the trip. However, they are very nice and helpful. Breakfast still OK. You can have your lunch and dinner beside the hotel which there are a small mall which have some famous restaurant like bbq plaza, pepper shop, etc. Room also very clean and quite big. So if have chance, you can go stay for few days.

Dorms were nice, but the bathrooms had an awkward design. No sink, and your clothes would always get wet. Other than that very clean and nice hotel right next to the BTS line so you can go anywhere in Bangkok hassle free.

Good service and worth paying for”
Was surprise for the price of the stay, the service level was higher than expected. amendities (toiletries) provided was the same as other hotel. Worth staying here it was a comfortable stay. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend getting a park view. Few minute walk to nearby bts station and airport railway station. Many things to eat and many massage parlour. 7 eleven is everywhere. When it rain the staff would bring out umbrella to cover us under the rain while we got on the cab with our luggage. The cons would be - no early check in or late check out is available. Tried sending advance email to the hotel, no reply. - The app concierge is not working. Better to call the operator. - there isnt any note in the hotel to know what type of service like laundry or in room service like food is available or not. Other than that it is really an enjoyable stay. Keep it up!

Wifi doesn't exist, shower isn't that good. Clean hotel, good location. ”
Wifi doesn't exist, I mean no or very weak signal even in the lobby. We tried two rooms but 80% percent of the the even the access point is not accessible. The shower has only upper shower head. Otherwise very clean hotel, good location for shopping, and restaurants. However if you want to experience the real Bangkok than this is not the place. At night it is quiet, but during the day there was always maintenance work in the hotel.
