        Wonderful warm host and place to stay. The owner lives on the property as well and is always so kind and helpful. They even have discount vouchers for lift tickets, hire, onsen .etc I would go back again. Food is also delicious and convenient as there are not many places nearby. It's about a 10 minute walk from the bus terminal but very close to the main gondola.

        Nothing others haven't said - Keiko and her husband are great. The place is perfectly located. The rooms are small but great and the whole facility is spotless. Breakfast is good (and they go to great effort to put out many items, and serve them hot, though they are the same each day.) It is a little expensive, though, we thought (it was more than many of our dinners). We were very appreciative of the hotel's flexibility in changing our reservation after we made it incorrectly by accident. Thank you Keiko!

        The staff service was attentive and hospitable; wonderful, very reasonable priced food; extraordinarily comfortable

        Simply the best possible experience I could have asked for. The staff was extremely attentive and cooperative to our needs. The service was fast and very polite. The food was exceptional. I will never stay anywhere else in Zao.

        房間內設施老舊，且有霉味。 暖氣仍是傳統式貼壁在地上，聲音很大無法入睡。 熱水壺內都是潮濕的斑點，根本不敢使用。 廁所漱口杯也都是斑點，馬桶沒有清理乾淨。 住宿價格不便宜，環境很差。不建議入住。
