We loved The Patio Urban resort and spa. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were clean and a beautiful rainfall showers. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop pool is exceptional with spectacular views of Phnom Penh. I accidentally left my go pro in the room safe and contacted the hotel the next day and they had it and are mailing it to my next destination, the staff are honest and great customer service. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others 😊

I didn't want to leave!”
I loved the Patio. It's more expensive than the budget spender or backpacker will want to pay but I think it is worth it. The bed was super comfortable, I loved the simple design scheme and displays from local artists, the staff was kind and had a good grasp of English, and the pool was amazing--great view, comfortable seating, and lovely atmosphere. There are plenty of bars and coffee shops nearby and a tuk-tuk is never far and always willing to guide you to your sightseeing destinations. My only suggestion is that they get more competitive with their happy hour pricing and allow you to charge to your room instead of making you pay each time you order something. Besides that, the restaurant was also quite good. Try the Pumpkin Soup or the Mango Sticky Rice, if it's available. The breakfast, included, was decent too. Overall I had a great stay and found myself missing this place when I moved to my hotel in Siem Reap. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh and will stay here again if I ever make it back!

Accommodation always sets the note of the every vacation. If the accommodation is good, you will have a great holiday. This time the accommodation was GREAT. So my birthday trip with my husband was THE BEST. The place seems relatively new or very well-maintained. The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a nice sitting area and warm staff. Rooms were clean and toilets had hot shower, there were no problems. We had a tiny balcony with the view of our next door neighbour, but truly - when you sit in your room and enjoy it, you'll forget you're in the heart of PP with the people's. You're in an urban resort and the hotel nailed it perfectly! Rooftop pool was amazing- my husband and I spent at least 3 hours each day getting baked, enjoying the clean pool and the view of PP. Food was great as well and not exorbitant! We're quite frequent visitors of Cambodia so we have experienced many types of accommodation there. We conclude that Patio is truly unlike any other and if you're a sucker for resort style in the heart of the city, with an OCD for clean toilets, this is the only place you need to stay for your perfect trip to PP.

Best hotel ever (no, seriously)!”
My fiance and I have been to Patio multiple times now, and it's hands-down our first choice to stay in Phnom Penh. The staff is fantastic (super attentive, very approachable), the room is probably the best you can get before you go for a luxury upgrade in some luxe hotel, and the ambience can't be beat. The rooftop pool is fantastic, the dining area is great, and the buffet breakfast (what more do I need to say)! We will always try and stay at Patio every time we are in Phnom Penh, and I dare say the premium you pay is worth every penny!

We spent 5 days at the Patio Hotel & Urban Resort, with our teenage/young adult children, and we all had a wonderful time. The rooms were very modern and had a great shower and very cool air-con. We loved the location of the restaurant - great food, great view, and always nice and breezy. The location of Patio can't be over looked. It is in a great neighbourhood with shopping, restaurants, and bars all in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. The staff were wonderful - friendly, polite and helpful.

I highly recommend this hotel when in Phnom Penh This is a nice new hotel really good location in the centre of the town with easy access to all sights. The staffs are very friendly & helpful. They showed exceptional service The room was nicely designed and very comfortable. I love the tropical design And the rooftop pool & restaurant is just lovely and has awesome panorama view of Phnom Penh. The pool makes this hotel!”
Initially I was disappointed that the hotel refused to honor the free-airport pickup that had been included in our original booking. It was only when I inquired by email that I was told that this service had been discontinued, however at the time of booking this service was still included in the price offered by Agoda. I hope in future that the terms included in the booking will be honored by both agoda and the hotel, and contact made (including appropriate reimbursement) with guests if a service is discontinued, I was actually surprised that something as simple as a tuk-tuk pickup couldn't have been organised anyway. However despite the initial problems our actual stay at the hotel was very comfortable with a great staff performance. The pool was a highlight, with an infinity pool overlooking the Phnom Penh skyline - the opening hours are also very good, allowing guests to enjoy the cooler temperatures in the night, up to 11pm. Breakfast was also good for a hotel of this size with a main dish offered and a small buffet selection as well. Check-in and out was also smooth and quick. All in all our stay was very good, and we'd happily stay at this hotel again.

The staff at this hotel are outstanding. I arrived in Phnom Penh unexpectedly and dropped in at the Patio Hotel looking for a room. while they didnt have anything the guy at reception rang around a few places and directed me to perfectly acceptable accomodation elsewhere. When I came back to stay later in my holiday I found the hotel and service excellent.

Patio Hotel Urban Resort was small but gorgeous. We got a room with a balcony, the rooms and hotel was very clean. The pool was beautiful and had a nice view. The breakfast had something for everyone and was very tasty. The staff were lovely, extremely friendly and cheerful. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel with infintiy pool”
I stayed here for 3 nights originally and enjoyed it so much that I booked for a further 2 nights upon my return from Siem Reap. The Patio has a good location, close to Independence Monument and lots of bars and restaurants. The place is still very new but I was impressed with the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. The infinity pool on the roof is world class, and it's really nice to go there to relax after a hectic day in Phnom Penh! All the tuk-tuks I had knew the place, so it's obviously becoming more popular and easier to get to. I would recommend this place for couples or solo travelers looking for a bit of luxary at a reasonable price!

A new standard of service arrive to Phone Penh”
Pleasure , I did not encounter with any problem and for Cambodia or Phnom Penh it's something you are expected to encounter every day... That was nice. after few days at the hotel, eating Breakfast, using the swimming pool, my room and the Internet , I can say they do a great job. later on after meeting the hotel manager, in person, I could actually understand how those standards Kept at this level, once again that is what I expected anywhere else in the the western world, but for PP and Cambodia it was is a very plesent surprise to see that they can do it ,with the right management in place .this hotel bring new standards into the Hospitality industry in Cambodia . I spoke with the manager before I checked out, saying that it was a pleasure and lovely experience for me staying at the hotel ,after a small talk with him, I found out that he gain the knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry working overseas for a USA based company that does exactly the same thing... I definitely recommend this place and would stay at the same hotel again when I'm in PP.

Great hotel on a central location ”
Better than I had imagined. Hotel is even nicer than in the photos especially the pool area. The cocktails and the cambodian style tapas food at the restaurant near the pool were perfect - a little too perfect because after we checked in I hardly left the pool! but most of all the staff had helped make our first trip to Phnom Penh very special. There are plenty of Tuk Tuks right outside the hotel and also the hotel is in a great location. Easy to walk to centre of beautiful streets.(lots of amusing shops and bars and restaurants). Hotel room was very quiet. Thanks guys! Recommend Highly!!!

Just amazing”
This hotel is perfect. I was made to feel at home from the moment I walked in. The staff simply could not do enough for me as a patron. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms spotless, clean, fresh! The pool area was so nice, with good views, a nice clean area for relaxing in the sun, and the rooftop bar was amazing. When I next visit Phnom Penh, I will be staying at the Patio.

Wonderful staff, Great location”
The staff at the Patio Hotel were absolutely amazing and very helpful. The pool is brilliant and I would have no hesitation recommending family and friends stay there if they ever travel to Phnom Penh. The only small issue I had was the bed was a bit hard, this may I been because everything was brand new and had not been worn in yet.

Stayed for a night in Patio, enjoyed the roof-top pool on a sunny morning, food served at the restaurant on 7/F is of good quality. Spa is okay, a little too expensive compared with the shops located in town. Will consider staying in Patio again if I am travelling to Phnom Penh again.

The room was nicely decorated, simple but cosy and homely. The Hotel is a really good location in the centre of the town with easy access to all sights. A good hotel in a not-so-ideal location”
Patio is really a lovely hotel. The lobby is welcoming, naturally lit & ventilated, and very well-designed. My hotel room is of good size (not too big & not too small). It's just nice for myself to work & to relax. Everything I needed was there. I slept terribly well. It did help that upon arrival, I was upgraded from a single room to a double room. But best of all, the rooftop infinity pool & restaurant was divine! I'd definitely rate it a 4-star boutique hotel, minus the not-so-ideal location. I actually love its location off the main road in BKK1 surrounded by great restaurants & cafes. But my biggest problem is the bar next door, which was beyond noisy on Friday night. The music & singing was very loud until 11pm or so. Furthermore I didn't use the room balcony or windows as they overlook the neighbours, which is a common problem in Phnom Penh. So ultimately, Patio, to me personally, a 3-star plus hotel due to its location. All in all, I had a great time (albeit very little time to enjoy the facilities fully due to work work work). I'd definitely go back to the hotel again, for holiday.

Nice swimming pool, would stay again!!”
The hotel was beautiful with very tasteful, Modern pacific asian decoriation and furnitures in naturel wood, clean rooms and lobby etc. The staff were incredibly friendly and could not do enough to be of assistance. The breakfast was lovely, with a choice of healthy continental, Asian or an English breakfasts. The hotel is located in one of the nicer areas of phnom penh, which is very close to the royal palace and river side. There is a big roof top pool on 8th floor,I stayed whole day enjoying the sunny sky and city view with food and cocktails from pool bar. And we can even get the traditional massage in the poolside. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Wonderful boutique hotel”
Absolutely loved this hotel! They have the most amazing infinity pool with a nice view of the city, very relaxing environment! The staff were all very friendly and chatty, food was pretty good at the restaurant at a reasonable price. Lots of restaurants and nice coffee shops nearby. The room was roomy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Phnom Penh!

Amazing hidden gem”
Patio is an amazing hidden gem in the heart of the city. I was so impressed with everything that I didn't want to leave. I live in Phnom Penh and this was a great place for a stay-cation! Room was modern and clean, the shower was impressive, the breakfast was lovely and the pool area was outstanding. I will definitely be back again soon!
