It's the best hotel I've ever stayed at.”
I made a reservation to take a day off. The hot water pool I used with my family overshadowed the cold weather, with a wide plaza, a variety of food, a great buffet, and a variety of attractions. It feels like time is too short to enjoy for a day. Parking is also supported until 9 p.m. on the day of check-out, and the trails around the hotel are perfect. There are so many good works that you can't compare them to other hotels. If I visit again next time, I should make a schedule for 2 or 3 nights

Good to stay for at least 2 nights”
Earliest check in is only at 2.30pm, and we reached at 12pm so we can only walk around the hotel. Do take note of this is your kids need to take a nap in proper room - better to reach only when you can do check in. There’s indoor kids playground (free if you stay there) but you need to check in first before you can use. There’s also indoor kids amusement park - free for 2 adults and baby of 36 months below. There’s casino, a food court, a handful of restaurants for you to choose from. There’s also a family lounge (close from 1pm - 2pm) and kids library so overall this hotel is really kids friendly. Hotel room is big enough for 2 adults 2 kids (one king bed), amenities are also good but one bad thing is the aircon in the room. We followed instructions and set the ideal temp to lowest 15degC, but the room temp kept hovering around 23.6degC throughout the night. It made sleeping kinda difficult because the room is stuffy and warm. Location wise, it’s about 5mins drive away from Incheon Airport T1. You can request concierge to help you arrange taxi beforehand, or take their shuttle bus that starts at 5am everyday, 30mins interval.

Paradise Hotel, not parasite, is literally paradise kingdom that you can get some fully rest if you are going to be on the flight next day or if you are thinking about to stay here as the last destination before going back to your home. They offer the best spa, jjim jil bang, in South Korea, and also got the fancy swimming pool both inside and outside as well. Spa and swimming pool are located in one area, which were very easy to access. Its not the Vegas, but they got some rides and casino. Have you ever expected that the hotel offers little amusement park? If you are thinking about to visit Korea, I am strongly recommend to stay at here regardless of price. I am definietly sure that its going to be worth experience in Korea.

We are amazed by the various amenities and facilities in the Hotel: Gym, swimming pool, casino, art gallery, mall, spa/jjimjilbang, bowling alley, kids play area, lounges and indoor theme park. For weekday stay, they come with a complimentary access to the spa/jjimjilbang and the indoor theme park so it was worth it. The breakfast spread was amazing and the Hotel is very clean and comfortable.

1 night is not enough”
The late checkin and early checkout times are not enough to enjoy all facilities in the resort. Give yourself at least 2 nights as the guest stay comes with a lot of free passes in their facilities. Top notch value for money but it will get crowded during checkin and checkout. Lots of food options and casino is clean. Rooms are perfect but limited toiletries and snacks.

Very professional staff. Helpful n approachable. Plenty of things to do with the kiddo. Is definitely one of the best hotel in Korea. For adults, they do have casino or spa that u can go for too. Nothing much in the area but this hotel is a self contained hotel. So u don’t have to worry abt having to go out. My kids had wonderful memories there. They love it so much.

Free Shuttle Bus from ICN”
Resort was beautiful...elegant dance show with live music around the Giant Pumpkin at central point near lobby. was a nice touch. Staff was helpful with all basic needs, room was clean and nice view, although mostly runways. Aircraft sounds were were not intrusive and had peaceful sleep, even on the busier weekend. Outside pools/Jacuzzis were refreshing and so warm and relaxing, even in February. Didn't use the spa but is also very nice. Only issue experienced was the confusing transport from Incheon airport to the resort. The direct connect Airport rail system was closed/out of order (Maglev line) so went to take the free shuttle bus. Was told by airport information to get the bus at stop 13C. However this was incorrect, the bus is actually boarded at point 3C, runs every 30 min. Overall though a nice resort but need at least 2 full days to enjoy it all...

Loved every minute of our stay. Facilities were great, breakfast buffet was good, and everything you could want is self contained in the hotel complex. Only issue I had, after being at a few hotels around Korea in the preceding week, this was the only one that ever asked to view my Negative PCR test, when no one else cared about it.
