Great hotel, with 3 water slides and great kids splash zone and kids playroom. Rooms are very good quality.

Thank you for the update our room. We had good time with water activities. But please improve the breakfast menu. Not variety to choose. (maybe for cost saving reason).

located near the sea, but have to go around 400m to get to the sea, nice room, comfortable, clean, area with many restaurants, delicious food, staffs: friendly, good support!

Great Service”

The hotel manager (Mr. Glenn) took us around the city and recommended great food to us. The facilities are very new and clean. Overall very satisfied!

Cost-effective with amazing water paradise”

Pros: We are grownup around 30 years old and still had a lot of fun of the water paradise. The location of the hotel is great, only 5 minutes walk from the Kata beach. And there are several restaurants, supermarket and clothes store on the street outside of hotel. The room is very quiet and big. Cons: Room cleaning service can be improved. The bathroom is a bit smelly. The bed is not soft enough. Other than these, everything is great.

Highly disappointed ”

With excitement, I booked this hotel mainly for my daughter and the facilities that were offered. Although the pool is fantastic…. And the concept of the hotel fun. We were highly disappointed…. So much so, we ended up leaving the hotel for another. The room, while nicely fitted it was dirty, floors were dusty, and the glass in the shower was dirty. Our room smelled of mould and the bed was rock solid. We had to call for help to open our safe 3 times - due to it malfunctioning. A plate from from room service outside another guest’s door stayed there for over 3 days. We counted the days as a joke. The buffet was good and a lot to choose from…. Hotel has a sign saying not to order food in from other restaurants… When I approached the receptionist about the activities on offer - due to it being a rainy day. I was told that I could stay in my room because there was nothing else to do. (I was under the impression that activities ran throughout the day) In addition, when I wrote a message to enquire about a hotel transfer to the airport. I received nothing in return. I understand that hotels are trying to recover from COVID and the loss of business, however if a hotel advertises services…. Shouldn’t they have them?

Unfortunately I lost Headphones, and also a Thomas Sabo bracelet in our hotel room. I can't be certain if they were stolen but it's very suspicious and I definitely would not leave any personal items in the hotel room during the day.

Hotel are new and big. All the staff are friendly. Nice breakfast provided. Water park is fun. 5 mins walk to kata beach . One minimart around the hotel.

Very nice resort and valuable ”

Very clean room, very good facilities, and many items of accessories in the room; umbrella, beach bag,, modern style. Room service food so delicious and fast. Breakfast buffet is delicious and nice staff and friendly. Only one thing if provide free taxi to the beach will be perfect. We love kata beach too. Good and safe for the kids.

Most fun water slides pool of any hotel in Phuket”

The pool slides make our stay fun from morning till night. Fun every minute. My 7 year old daughter and even my wife had fun all day. Buffet breakfast is OK. We were disappointed in the quality and poor food selection. But that was OK because the fun in the pool make the visit awesome. Room was very nice. Nice design. Super clean. We will stay here again very soon.

Serious trouble with cleanliness ”

Black haire everywhere on the floor of our room and corridor, smelly toilet, shower leaking, used masks around the pool and no air con in the kids club. Breakfast is average minus, very limited options. Staff is very nice.
