Great hotel with wonderful, friendly and attentive staff. It was lovely to be greeted cheerily when we got back each day from our sightseeing and sent off in the morning with smiles and helpful tips about the public transport, places to visit, how to maximise your visit. The hotel is a nice quiet refuge after the hustle and bustle of the city and the rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. Suites have a nice balcony to relax on to have a drink; otherwise there is a cosy bar on the ground floor with an extension to an outdoor patio to enjoy a beer or wine before retiring for the day. The gym is also well equipped. The hotel is conveniently just a stone’s throw from Belvedere palace. Admittedly it is a little further to walk to the nearest metro station but the walk is pleasant and the area is safe to stroll about at night. Once you get to the station, it is a breeze to get to the city centre, just 2 or 3 stops away. I would stay there again when I visit Vienna in the future.

Overall, it was a very nice day stay ! Pros: The room was very nice and clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable! The staff was all very nice with the exception of one interaction we had. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the shower area The fitness center was also nice as well and had air-conditioning which is a huge plus. Was not a very big center but it certainly had everything that was needed. Cons For some reason, there was no soap at this hotel. I’ve never stayed at a five-star hotel that didn’t provide soap. They had body wash but it was heavily perfumed and not antibacterial, so I am not sure what was going on there, but obviously soap should be in all rooms There is also a lack of restaurants in the area. The one negative service interaction we had was when we were looking for a place to have dinner on Sunday evening. We asked the gentleman at the front Desk where to go and he said to take a left out of the hotel and

Really positiv experience”
I came there with my girlfriend and had a great weekend in Vienna. The room was just as good as it looks in the pictures or even better. Friendly reception and a great breakfest was excellent and fresh. We had a really pleasent experience here and i would absolutely come back here.

Excellent location and comfortable suite”
Our room was large and comfortable, and the hotel was fairly clean. Our room needed some minor maintenance, though. The bed was comfortable and we were able to set the thermostat in the room for cooling and we both slept well. Since our room faced the courtyard, it was quiet. The bathroom was nice with a large tub and shower. The room had a large closet and little bit bigger refrigerator, but no food, snacks, or drinks in the room. (Except a hot pot and some tea bags) The hotel has a nice courtyard to relax in, too. The best feature of this hotel is it’s location. It was less than a ten minute walk from the train station, and only ten minutes to the nearest subway station. We walked into the southern part of the main city from the hotel in about 15 minutes. My only reason for giving it 4 stars was that the room seemed to need some maintenance (torn curtains, some small stains and wear and tear were noted) and our tea/coffee station was ignored by the housekeeping staff.

amazing suite hotel - easily accessible and great location close to the Belvedere - amazing value for the money with v.spacious room and clean creature comforts ** only thing was that i left my electric toothbrush (value $200) and was told it wasnt in the room when cleaning services - its a shame because that was the only blunder during my whole stay

Cozy suites in residential Vienna”
The suites are modern and clean and very quiet. However, we expected that a 2-room suite meant there would be 2 separate rooms. Unfortunately they are an open plan so there is no privacy between the 2 rooms. Also please note they charge 20Eur for opening the sofa bed, even if you bring your own sheets. But still a nice option in that neighborhood.

The hotel is 10 min walk from the Hauptbahnhof and about 15 min walk from the city center. The room was large nad beautiful with a nice large bed and modern bathroom. Everybody was very kind and polite and they can talk in English. The breakfast was delicious.

Could be better....don't pay for breakfast!!”
We stayed here for 1 night. The room was lovely so no complaints there! The breakfast was massively disappointing as the staff failed to re-fill the trays and instead left them empty! Very little choice and staff not attentive at all. There are lots of places nearby for breakfast! Despite a note referring to a mini-bar this could not be found in the room! The hotel bar was very quiet but perhaps this was because it was mid-week.... The bar toilet was cover in 'pop' has needed an urgent clean.

Nice room but lethargic staff”
Principally the hotel is very nice and clean. Unfortunately the staff is lethargic and not motivated. We‘ve been sitting in the lobby for a while and they didn‘t even spoke with each other and only with guests when absolutely necessary. Furthermore, the cleaning staff took the elevator before guests. In every other hotel the guests would have come first. As summary, it‘s a pity for the nice hotel. The unfriendly staff destroys the atmosphere. We would not go there again.
