Hotel was spotlessly clean, all facilities working, but the gym is very small and basic . the pool area is well maintained and well kept, service is also very good indeed. Could do with more shaded areas, but overall a great area to relax in, although some of the music played might not be to everyone's taste, so bring your headphones. Location is good, rooms on the lower floors are better for accessibility, the noise levels in the hotel are extremely low throughout. Lifts are fast, security is good and rooms spacious. Air con in the room is good, the bathroom water pressure is great, well laid out rooms with good comfortable beds. Rooms have plenty of storage area but only 4 hangars in the wardrobe. Free shower gel, hand wash, conditioner are provided in the room along with coffee and tea. Fridge in room as well. Breakfast is mediocre, not enough variation in the menu and the western option is poor, just beans, bread, chicken sausage and ham. Fresh filter coffee is top notch. The menu itself is very good, with good western food options. Bar area has buy 2 get one free drinks, also very well priced and genuine spirits. Chatty staff, comfy seats and plugs to charge phones / laptops as well. Lobby staff very helpful, good communication and excellent English, they solved an issue I had very quickly and efficiently. Tip: Get a room on the lower floors, use the laundry down the road as it's 20% cheaper, bring some of your own hangers.

Great hotel for this price and even greater staffs!”
The hotel looks new and the room was clean. Great location, right in the middle of town and 3 mins walk to the beach. Yet far enough from the noise at night. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. What my kid was most looking forward to is getting his free popcorn from the lobby. My family and I enjoyed the stay here. Think we might be returning just because of this hotel.

I stayed over peak season. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. Location on a quiet soi. No unreasonable noise from street below. Great location. In the middle of everything. 7-11 two minutes away, laundry, restaurants, bars, legit massage. Bathroom in the room was so spacious. Very comfortable beds. Thorough maid service. I will book again without hesitation.

Staff are really helpful and go above and beyond to help, from the front desk to the cleaning lady to the staff by the pool. Rooms are a good size , showers are good. Bed was huge and firm, no noise so you can get a good night's sleep. Location is excellent, I walked everywhere within 10 minutes. Rooftop pool is a nice place to chill and sunbathe

The staff at Page 10 hotel are great. They are all very approachable and ready to help out with any requirements if needed. The cleaning staff do their daily duties very well. The rooms looked like we were checking in for the first day every day. The breakfast in the mornings were spot on. I had room service one night, and found my meal was very good. I have stayed at the Page10 several times over the years, and always look forward to staying there.

Love this hotel. For Pattaya the location is basically ideal. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. The AC is strong and the WiFi is rock solid. The room safe is large enough for a standard laptop. The bathroom is awesome, with handhelp shower AND a rain shower. Good pressure and lots of hot water. The room service food is excellent, in fact best room service I've ever had. I only have a couple nitpicks: 1) There is no microwave in the room. That limits your food options when room service is closed and you're craving something other than ramen from the electric kettle. Standing around the 7-11 at 3am waiting for the clerk to nuke your post-pub-crawl food is not fun. 2) The desk chair is super uncomfortable. I'm a digital nomad and the chair got to be a serious issue.

I’ve stopped here a few times & just been back after 7 years, great to see it’s still the same. Great location & even if your on the Soi 10 side the rooms are well sound proofed. Always clean & well maintained. I actually have just rebooked again for my next trip in a few months 4 days after checking out.

Perfect location, everything, I mean everything you need is a stone throw away. Nothing you can imagine is more than 10 minutes away. Easy access to every where with baht bus routes 1 minutes walk each side. And surprisingly quiet at night despite being very close to action. Staffs are very courteous, professionals, nothing is too much trouble. The room is clean, the maie your room like a clock work, staff knew my routines so no problem. The 2 water bottles in the room daily is a nice touch. I already told some staffs the I will be staying there on my next trip, they seemed over the moon. Just arrived in UK now, will have to cool down, find my bearings and book my next trip. Highly recommended, I will be back.

Stayed for 16 nights November 2022. Room was good, nice having controls bedside for A/C, lights, etc. Bed very big and comfy. Large shower with good water & bathroom very large as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. I also stayed 2 nights at the Hilton (these are not really comparable hotels), if you are looking for a very clean, centrally located and good hotel at a reasonable price point Page 10 checks all the boxes, if you want an international 4-5 star class resort then you need to look elsewhere and spend quite a lot more.

Page10 is near to beach street around 5 mins walk to beach, the hotel is nice and clean and car park is available but not much parking at the underground garage parking. Room is big and comfy. Staff is welcoming. Good place to stay in Pattaya!

Page 10 is a very modern and well-maintained hotel that is walking distance to both the beach and nightlife. It is very easy to get around via Grab/Bolt, and the staff are very helpful with interpreting with any drivers who may need clarification. Also, from what I observed, Page 10 is very guest friendly. They will take IDs and will give a courtesy call to the room to make sure everything is alright before returning the ID to the guest.

This hotel was excellent. It was in a great location. The bathroom had great water pressure and a big shower with bathtub. The bed was comfortable and they provided 4 pillows on a giant king bed. There was water, coffee and tea provided.

Page 10 is my home away from home. Located close to Second Road. It’s the perfect location. Everything you need is at your doorstep. It’s a really comfortable small hotel. Rooms are a great layout and style. I always request a room facing Central Festival. Strong at conditioning. Great rain shower with strong water pressure. Easy wifi. Lovely rooftop pool. The staff are great. They feel like family. From the super efficient housekeepers, the lovely & fun restaurant ladies & the professional reception team, Page 10 staff are awesome. I feel guilty even looking at other hotel options.

The location is very good. It is also good to go to Soi Buakhao Market, and it is very good to take Baht Bus from Beach Road and 2nd Road. The hotel is not big and has been open for a long time, so some of the equipment is old. However, due to the hard work of cleaning, the bedding is kept in very neat condition, and the staff at the reception are so friendly. Considering the location, accessibility, staff, and bedding, this is a very reasonable price hotel. I'll be staying at the same accommodation on our next trip.

My stay at Page 10 was wonderful. The large shower area floods in the room due to poor design but I got used to it. The maid mopped it for me every day. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Pattaya.

Comfortable central location ”
This was my first stay with Page 10. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room cleaners deserve a special mention, as every morning when I returned from my quick breakfast, my room was always cleaned and immaculate. The cleaner is a miracle worker! Areas of the facility are showing their age, but everything was kept clean and tidy. There was a small balcony on my room which was nice on those evenings where a light seas breeze was blowing. The balcony sliding door was double glazed, which kept the noise from the street disturbing a restful nights sleep. Only minor critique was that I found the bed a little firm after several nights. Recommended location and will most likely visit again!
