Pacific Club Stay”
My wife and I spend a week at the Pacific Club Resort last week. It is located a half mile or so away from the beach but that is a good thing. After a day at the beach or in Karon city, being removed is great as it is very quite and peaceful. It would be VERY nice if the resort would use their mini van for free transport to and from a designated point in Karon ever thirty minutes or so (HINT HINT). We travel a lot and one of our favorite spots in Bali does this. The Pool sits on top of the resort and is just awesome!! You can see all around and it really is great. We spent two of our days just at the pool as the beach is very crowded and there isn't anyone trying to sell you something every five minutes when you are trying to relax. The food is good, a little more expensive then the city but you know its clean and it is convenient. We did not have breakfast included but it is buffet and It is very good to. We did use the resort spa one day to. It was "OK" and twice the price as downtown Karon. We found a good massage place and just went there instead. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was great. The balcony is almost the size of the interior with two lounge chairs and table for four. If you any room, ask for one higher than the third floor if you want to see the ocean. There are condo's directly in front of Pacific Club and that was our view....The Bed was great, in room safe, fully functional kitchen with two seat bar, full size refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, plates, silver ware, you name it. A/C in the living room and bedroom. Bathroom was full bath and shower, toilet and full sink with mirror. There is tons of closet space in this place two. All in all it is great. We ran the beach daily and found a few other places we thought about moving to. After checking them out and getting on AGODA for reviews and prices, there is NOTHING that even comes close to Pacific Club. My only advice to Pacific Club is USE YOUR MINI VAN

Great little hotel”
Pacific Club Resort is an excellent place to stay if you are in Karon Beach and looking for a luxurious and serene getaway. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highlight of the hotel is the rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. Food Service was quite good, the southwestern cuisine was an unexpected surprise! It is only a short walk from the hotel to the beach and main street with bars and restaurants but be aware of this before you book. The taxi rates in Karon are quite high and many drivers won't negotiate below 200 Baht no matter how short the trip. When I come back I will definitely rent a moped to save the hassle of dealing with the taxi and tuk tuk drivers. When I chwcked out I noticed that Pacific Club can arrange moped rental at a very reasonable price. Bottom line: this hotel has all of the features of a big international chain but at a much lower price and with much more intimacy.

Quiet, slightly inconvenient; a fine place to stay”
What can I say about Pacific Club? Well for one the rooms are well decorated and the corridors easy to navigate. Although the carpet less floor is prone to sand being scattered in the tile gaps after a relaxing day at the nearby beach, the hotel rooms are well cleaned daily by the chambermaids. When not spending time out having a meal or swimming at Karon beach, Pacific Resort Club offers entertainment with their 76 TV channels, quality international cafe and their rooftop swimming pool. The resort is located on a hill 20 minutes walk from the Karon beach and Town. Despite the long distance the resort makes up for it with their spectacular view if you happen to be in one of their sea view rooms or enjoy going up to the rooftop swimming pool. The swimming pool is nothing out of the ordinary, offering a medium sized pool, a spectacular view and a good spot to read a book. The cons are that open outdoor parts of the resort are filled with the pleasant smell of dung used to fertilize nearby plantations. The restaurants you have convenient access to are mainly located in Karon town and the food they serve is limited to a few local Thai dishes and painfully averaged quality European cuisine. Consider taking a Tuk Tuk or taxi/cab to Patong beach if you fancy a wider variety of better quality food. Night-life in Karon is also relatively quiet with only a few bars all which are located in the same area, people who who want to spend the entire night partying are recommended to go to Patong. Overall I recommend this hotel to anyone who has the freedom to exercise time in Phuket and has a non-linear schedule as there are many activities to be explored in and if not around the resort. My rating is a 4.5/5

Great Hotel and Staff”
My 5-day, 4-night stay at Pacific club was exactly as advertised and reviewed. Staff was top notch as each spoke and understood English with comfort. They were very, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Every day I returned I was always greeted with a smile. Location wise, this hotel is situated in the quiet area on the north hill of Karon beach. It is about 10-15 minutes away from Patong beach(rent the scooter from the hotel as it is a cheaper alternative to taxi 250B all day vs 400B one way respectively). From central Karon it is about 5-8 min by scooter. The hotel restaurant was good. Only some food restaurants within walking distance, but the good stuff is a short ride away. Room was always cleaned daily upon my return and the hotel provided beach towels at no extra charge (just need to sign them out ). All in all, would definitely stay here again!

Bang for you buck!”
overall, pacific club resort is a great hotel. great room, great service, great breakfast. asked for extra towels for the beach and i received them within minutes. asked if i can print out itinerary, they took care of it for me. asked for a cab, they arranged it promptly. the only downside is that it is a bit uphill from the beach, but if you are going to be in phuket, it would be best to rent a car and a scooter. so, it is not a big deal. i would love to stay at this resort again.

More pluses than minuses”
we we initially concerned about the length of the walk to shops, but it turned out to be about 8-10 minutes max. there were workers doing construciton in the area during the day and other tourists walking to or from dinner at night so it felt safe. the size of room, balcony and rooftop pool made up for any drawbacks. note there is construction taking place across the street so you will hear that noise. this hotel is directly next to dwia hotel and appears much nicer. the hotel restaurant and the co-owned karon cafe had great food. best tom yam soup i have ever had at pacific club. i preferred the breakfast buffet set up at karon cafe over the hotel. spa prices are decent after the discounts they offer. slightly more than in town, but convienient and clean.

Pacific Club Resort..my favorite place”
Pacific Club Resort is the most comfortable, friendly, accomodating place I've ever stayed. My first time in Thailand, first time in Phuket was made so easy and relaxed. Every need we had was fulfilled. Massage was just exquisite! I cant belive there weren't more people there as truthfully it was just a gem on Phuket. Everytime i go to Thailand, I will stay at Pacific Club...Special hello to the staff...So friendly and helpful! (and the rooms are large and perfectly designed as well..)

Attention to detail & amazing staff”
We stayed 3 nights at Pacific Club Resort and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Starting with the best checkin experience in Thailand, which was so warm, welcoming and helpful. We loved the layout and deign of this very special boutique resort. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite with a separate kitchen, which was beautiful. Not to repeat what many reviewers have already said, these are the special things we appreciated: Room - Biggest room safe - in closet lighting - Lots of storage space - Bed comfort +++ - Balcony with table, chairs, drying rack - Bathrobes - Premium TV movie channels in English Roof top pool - Amazing view - Towels, many - Lounge chairs, many - Clean pool - You can have dinner served at pool side Restaurant - Extensive delicious breakfast - Inside and outside eating Spa We had Thai massages on two different occasions and both were excellent and fairly priced We appreciated being able to have quality massages steps from our room The hotel used their own vehicle to drive us to Patong and the airport and the cost was lower compared to metered taxis.

Nice resort style relaxing and comfortable”
Had a great stay at Pacific Club Resort. Only a 5 minute walk down to Karon Beach and the main area for shopping and bars in Karon Beach. The rooms were beautiful and had a very homely feel to them. Rooftop pool was gorgeous. Staff always friendly and polite and the whole resort was clean and tidy all the time.

I feel that my stay at the Pacific Club Resort was good as the staffs there are all very helpful and friendly and the breakfast that they provided all also quite nice although the spread is not a lot. Just that the walking distance is quite far to the Karon beach but I still like the hotel because it is peaceful and quiet

Great horel - exceptional on all fronts”
This place was just great. We went in July-August when the value of the off-season rates was very good. If you like the balance between a smaller hotel with large hotel services then this is the place for you. In more then thirty five years of visiting many different countries and an enormous number of hotels, the Pacific Club Resort and it friendly and efficient staff come right at the top of all the places I have stayed at. This is a considered and genuine report. Great accommodation. Great facilities. Superb value.

A little oasis in Karon Beach”
we absolutely loved our stay at pacific club resort. we were at the end of our se asian holiday, and we just didn't want to do all the traveling to get to koh phi phi, so we settled on a beach that was meant to be somewhat quiet yet still had a number of restaurants and a nice beach. this hotel was perfect, and it was so nice that we rarely left our entire five days there. the breakfast is delicious, the evening meals were nice, the staff were lovely.

What an amazing hotel! We visited early May and had 2 adult children with us, so stayed in a 2 room suite. Separate air-conditioning in each orom. 3 TVs, walk out balcony, full size frig, 2 bottles of free water every day, views of Karon Beach. It was better than a lot of people's home units! Heaps of room, loads of storage space. I could go on forever about how wonderful it was. The views were great. The restaurant was unbelievable. We don't usually eat at the hotel as prices are usually too high. The pacific's prices were cheap and the food was unbelievable. We hired a car one day and it was organised by the hotel with no problems. We were on the top floor but there was a lift so it didnt cause a problem. I had a facial at the spa. Wasn't very good value as it was a lot dearer than other places and wasn't a very good facial. It is a bit of a walk to the beach (especially in the summer heat) but with what u save on the cost of a room you can easily afford to hire a car or scooter. The hotel has a car with driver you can hire for 5 hours to take u anywhere on the island. Costs 1200 baht. If we ever go back to Phuket we won't be staying anywhere else except here! Lovely Place”
We arrived at the Pacific Club Resort on a Wednesday evening, it is a short walk to central Karon (maybe 10-15 minutes) and about 10 to the beach. It was very easy to get around, though the hill on the walk back is steep. The staff were very helpful in communicating beforehand, and renting a scooter. It is so convenient they have them on the property. When staying on the property it is easy to feel relaxed, there is a great pool on the roof, with poolside service/towels, and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely return!

Great hotel experience”
I had a fantastic 9 day stay at Pacific Club and would've stayed longer if they hadn't been booked out. My garden view room was on the first floor and was good value for money. The private balcony looked over the garden which was nice. The mattress on the bed was heavenly!! One highlight was the staff from Myanmar who work at the restaurant for both the morning and dinner shifts. Wen and MeMe were fantastic, as were two other young men (can't remember their names) who made sure that every diner was satisfied. They were always friendly and professional, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The roof top, saltwater infinity pool is amazing, as is the lounging area. I would recommend this hotel in a flash and I would not hesitate to go their again.

Great value for price”
We stayed here as a last minute deal when our other hotel failed to meet our needs before arriving. We were greeted by friendly faces. The hotel was great for us with a short walk to Karon beach and all the restaurants, shops etc... Full size refrigerter/ freezer with 2 bottles of water daily. We would again come back to this hotel. The rooftop pool was fabulous. The only thing lacking was the restaurant. The thai food very bland to our tastes. We also had a burger and roast beef sandwich this was good. I think the hotel is best at American food since the owner also has a tex mex restaurant and a steak/rib cafe called Karon cafe which we also ate at and this was good. If you want away from it all this is the place and it is affordable even in the spa. We both had thai massage which were great. The mini mart was over priced but the convenience for water was great, instead of lugging this up the hill from the town.

We stayed for five nights at the Pacific Club resort. Very pretty hotel with great food and service. The location is fine in terms of distance, but the main drawback is the construction across the street, which is really out of their control. Would definitely stay there again.

Quiet sanctuary, nice facilities”
We were very happy with our choice to stay at Pacific club resort. Although the Patong/Karon/Kata were vibrant and fascinating, it was lovely to escape the crowds and touting and chill with a quiet drink, either in the jungle garden eating area or the rooftop swimming pool area. The food was of a reasonable standard, with a good selection. Breakfast was good, they offered things like: eggs cooked however you like including freshly made omelettes with a range of fillings to choose from,waffles, fruit and decent enough coffee.
