Well worth the money”

Did a total of 7 nights altogether, and would recommend this hotel, especially if you're a single guy, liking to be close to the Pattaya nightlife! Good gym and pool! I've read some reviews about the noise outside etc but I can honestly say, that I never heard one coach leaving in the morning! Obviously you do hear your follow guest in the corridors as you would in any hotel! All in all a great stay, and I'll definitely be using the p plus hotel again on future trips!

Very nice hotel with great facilities ”

A warm welcome from the staff, easy check in. Pros: nice and clean rooms, perfect a/c, great facilities like swimming pool, fitness, steam and sauna. Working wifi and enough speed to watch Netflix. Cheap but very good food at their Black Jack Restaurant. As this hotel has 3 exits, it is a small walk trough the restaurant to reach Soi buakhao and LK metro. During my stay a new 711 store will be opened soon. Cons: some loud Chinese travelers coming in touring busses now and than. The hotel keeps them separated, so they don't disturb. Rock hard beds, not really 'comfy' as I stayed in other new hotels in Pattaya before who had much better beds. As this hotel should be smoking free, there are enough guests smoking at the pool and nobody cares. The staff, especially at the restaurant need some English training. Overal P plus, I give 8+

P Plus Hotel”

At this time the P Plus hotel is a great bargain. Very few tourists in Pattaya at the time and as a result the hotel was very quiet at night. The bed was rather comfortable and the room very clean. The hotel has a pool and excercise gym. I did not use either so I cannot comment on them. Nor did I eat there. I might have to return to Pattaya in a month or so and if I do, I would stay here again.

Rooms are not huge, but clean, modern, and everything you need! Stayed 7 nights and I found it great value. Close to Pattaya night life, and everything is a baht bus ride away! Good swimming pool but not for those who are looking to train for the Olympics! 😏 Very good gym, probably the best hotel gym I've come across. All in all a very nice stay, and a hotel I'd happily book again! In fact that's the plan for when I've finished this holiday and have confirmed my flight for my next trip! I'll be booking myself into this hotel again!

Best choice for low cost hotel in Pattaya!”

Pplus Hotel is locate in center of Pattaya I can walk to Central Festival Plaza within 10 min and there is 7-11 near hotel as well. Room was very clean and look new in modern interior decoration with all need for stay one night or long stay. More than expectation indeed.

Overpriced!”

Just overpriced for such a small room! Oh, and bus load of tourists were allocated rooms on my floor when the entire hotel was empty, spread em out next time pls P Plus!

Little Gem keeps it up.”

Always my home in Pattaya. Pool and gym big pluses. Next to Sois Buckow , Chaiyapum and Diana. Walk to the action , yet hotel quiet and peaceful. A friendly oasis in the sea of Pattaya’s smut land , hahaha. Highly recommended.

Excellent”

If youre looking for an action packed, vibrant part of Pattaya, off the main roads and tourist maps - this place has sports bars beyond your dreams and enough go-go bars and beer bars, live music, western restaurants to be a small city in istelf... Soi Boakhao and LK Metro and Lenke are all within 3 minutes walk of this hotel.

Nice hotel at a good price”

First time staying at this hotel. Positives. The location is very good, 5 mins walk to Soi Baukhao, LK Metro, Soi Diana, Soi Honey, etc. The hotel has it's own parking facilities, fitness gym and swimming pool. Very good price. Negatives. Rooms are a bit on the small side, nonetheless I found it comfortable and acceptable. Water pressure for the shower can be improve. Walls a bit thin, I can hear footsteps from people walking in the corridor.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Pattaya this is close to the Action and very quiet at night.

Great value for price”

If you are looking for a room with a few amenities right in the city center this hotel is recommended. If you want to sleep early would recommend trying to book a high floor since there are bars very nearby and can be noisy until 1-2am. The room isn't large but for the price you can't complain at all. Would recommended for anyone wanting to stay very near the action on Soi Buakaow. You can walk to it in just a couple minutes.

A Big Plus for P.Plus”

On arrival i was greeted at the front desk by polite ,professional and friendly Employees , they sent my luggage to the room showed me how to work everything. The rooms are not large but they are bright and kept clean . I found as others have said that there is a slight smell from the bathroom , I was staying for 15 nights i went and bought an air freshener and popped it in the Bathroom ,also another tip is when not in use fill the sink with water it stops nearly all the smell, not ideal but its a small matter just get on with it The rooms are kept clean very good maids, and was done everyday with fresh towels and all areas cleaned The swimming pool is nice and clean , with a good selection of drinks and snacks on hand The Gym is 5 star !! TV /internet good I was in Block B high floor zero hassle with the coach guests no problem at all ,talk to check in they will try get you a quiet room The Staff are excellent 5* ! they run the hotel well and keep it clean & Tidy

Good location”

It's not often I feel sorry for a landlord but this property is an exception. The hotel has only been open a short time and judging from the room I had was showing signs of neglect. The towel rack in the bathroom was coming off the wall, the wash basin unit had been very badly fitted and the area of wall under the TV was more black than white. With so many hotels available in Pattaya I would not be rushing to come back.

The hotel is located just off soi buckhao so excellent location. The swimming pool gets a reasonable amount of sun . Staff are helpful and friendly enough. There is 24 hour security based at entrance . Food in hotel reatarant very good value. Roons cleaned daily and to a good standard . For just being off soi buckhao i would have expected it to be more noisy on a night . But it is not so if you want a early night can sleep easily as not very noisy . The tv has a reasonable amount of i ternational tv channels . I usually swap hotels every week but decided to book a extra week in this one

Newish hotel is good location in Pattaya”

Hotel with 3 different buildings. I stayed in Building 3 this time with no issues, but last time in Building 2, toilet/drain in bathroom was smelly. I requested a room change within same building but the new room still had this smelly issue. Talked to the girl at front desk and it seems to be a drain issue so my advice would be to check the toilet in the room before unpacking. It's noticeable when you turn on the light in the toilet which activates the extraction fan which pulls the smell up from the drains. To be fair, the staff are great and very friendly.

Small rooms, very small balcony, nice decor, fantastic friendly staff, nice pool. Be aware, even though not listed in the agoda extra guests information, this hotel now operates a joiner fee of 500 baht for a "guest". It also has up to 8 busses full of obnoxious Chinese tour groups who bang and shout in the corridors at 6.30am. This is a huge shame as the hotel is in a great location, you can be from the 6th floor to the centre of soi buakhao in 3 minutes. I would consider staying again, even with the chinese tour groups but the joiner fee is a dealbreaker for me. The reception staff were wonderful. This hotel is not 4* imho. It's a 3*
