Fantastic staff, clean modern rooms, great location ”
This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern, the staff is fantastic and the breakfast is amazing, especially for a hotel breakfast. There is free self serve laundry. The location is pretty good and is in the middle of most attractions in Tainan. It is a bit far from the train station. However, there is free parking at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Comfortable new hotel with friendly front office staff”
Hotel was located in midst of good food area at Hai An road and You Ai Road, we totally enjoyed eating around despite the crazy rain. Love the helpful front office ladies who’s always with smile and willingness to help. The breakfast ranged from Taiwan porridge (my fave mix is with fish floss), bread with different jams, salads, some fruits and coffee tea and juice. Simple but filling spread! Enjoy Tainan for its chill pace and full of human touch locals.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Limited breakfast spread but still decent. Free flow of drinks everyday at level 1. 1 washing machine and 1 dryer at level 6. Need to wait for other tourist to finish washing and drying their clothes so got to wait a while. Near 7-11. Overall a pleasant experience.

No frills hotel, very clean and good condition.. Near food and transport.”
- Very well maintained, like- new condition. - Shower was good flow and powerful. Can't be better! - Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Very hospitable. - Good taiwan porridge for breakfast, spread was simple but sufficient. They also had some bread and small salad spread. More to Asian taste. Oh Yes, they have fresh lemonade for breakfast spread. V refreshing. - Access to food is within minutes walk. We paticularly like the food street aling Guohua Road that is within 5 minutes walk. - Location is not superb downtown locality but is within walking distance to many eateries and places of interests. Overall, we had an enjoyable time over a 2-night stay here.

Excellent rapport qualité prix.lit très comfortable et chambre bien conçue. Beaucoup de place pour ranger ses sacs. Bon petit déjeuner buffet. Le personnel à l'accueil est très serviable. Service de machine à laver en libre service gratuitement. Hôtel bien placé proche d'un arrêt de bus à 15 mn de la gare de train.

忘れ物を台北のホテルへ送ってもらえた”
先日9月7日-9日まで泊まりました。 題名について、 9日朝にチェックアウトしそのまま台北へ向かう新幹線に乗ったまでは予定通りだったのですが、部屋に上着を忘れたことに気づきました。すでに新幹線に乗車しており引き返すことも出来ず、とりあえずホテルに電話し事情を説明しました。すると、すぐに台北の宿泊先ホテルに送ってもらえる事になりました。帰りが翌日10日午後のフライトだったので、ぎりぎり間に合うかどうかというところでしたが、無事10日午前中にホテルに届きました。※送料は着払いのためもちろん私が支払いました。 上記の通りすぐに対応してもらえたおかげで無事に受け取ることが出来、とても感謝しています。こちらのホテルはスタッフがとても親切でお勧めです。台南に行かれる際は是非検討してみてください。

しかし、半径１キロ以内に見所はたくさん、駅や花園夜市までタクシーで１１０から１２０元程度で、ロケーションは抜群です。スタッフのお兄さん、お姉さんも、一生懸命対応してくれ、好感が持てました。施設は新しいですが、サービスは値段相応です。

ほどよいホテル”
中心地からは少し離れてますが、飲食店街も近く、すぐ近くにセブンイレブンもあるので便利です。バス停も近くにあり(中正海保路)、88(台鉄台南駅にいける)、77バスが止まります。 林百貨店や三越(ランディスの方)も歩いていける距離だと思います。 とにかく歩きたくないというわけではないのなら問題ない立地です。 大通り沿いではないので、車の騒音もありません。 朝食は中華風のおかずとおかゆ、パン、サラダ、フルーツ、豆乳、ハチミツレモンジュースなどがありました。 コーヒーマシーンといくつかのジュース、ミルクティなどはフリーでいつでも飲めます。 フェイスタオルが不織布のような素材なので、気になるかたは持参した方がよいかも。 バスタブがあると思ったのですが、なくて残念でした。シャワーの水量などは問題ありません。 シャンプーなどは持参したので使用していませんが、ボディソープとコンディショナーインシャンプー？がありました。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、石鹸などありました。無料の水ボトルも毎日補給されていました。 清掃も問題ないと感じました。 ただし、セキュリティボックスはないので、貴重品の取り扱いには注意が必要かもしれません。 スタッフの方は皆さん親切です。日本語が話せるかたもいらっしゃいましたが、常にいるわけではないようです。 日本語の台南のパンフレット等もあります。 wifiも安定していて、動画視聴も問題ありません。 テレビはＮＨＫワールドが見れますが英語版です。その他FOXスポーツなども見れました。 日本の休暇中の日程で、直前に予約したのでやや値段が高めでしたが、概ね満足です。
