      The Kitchen staff was dumb”

      I was with my wife and my baby(10 months). i need to boil the milk bottles, but the kitchen staff denied. They were really rude. I haven't seen this kind of behaviour with any hotel I stayed in. Totally ZERO star for this. Dumb people

      The hotel told us in the middle of the night when we reached that they’re booked out even though our reservation was confirmed and paid for. Definitely don’t recommend

      Do not waste money !!!”

      Room, bathroom, bed linen, comforters all having stains and if you report. Then straight solution from front desk was - "we will not change, we do not have , all rooms are like this". Only positive is Location is near to airport and rest all bad.

      Hotel room no 204 was un hygienic, Not clean, insects, lizards are in the room. On bed sheet, stains, long hair was found. Food quality is worst. supplied cold & takes long time. do not follow any requests by Customer. Puri sabji & Bread butter was served with Tea in cup - all at same time. Requested to give tea after 7-8 minutes. but not listened. Very bad experience.

      Horrible”

      Disgusting behavior..no helpful attitude.my room window had a problem..the staff refused to change the room as I had done online booking and as per them rooms were vacant for only offline bookings.i had to check out at 10pm..money wasted.As they are nearby airport they don't care about the customer. Not to mention the pan stained walls and bedsheets.On complaining they said its my fault I accepted such a room..haha.Utter disgust.wont stay even if ordered for free.
