Ample of parking at hotel. Aircond & fan functions well. Cleanliness is acceptable. Only Cons is the toilet flush has no cover and the flush handle is broken, so you have to lift up the knob manually.

First, I requested a room with a queen bed and windows. Made the booking, payment and all. It was only the moment I wanted to check in that I was informed that the room as per requested isn't available because of the maintenance progress. So I was given a room with two single beds which is totally fine, considering it was around 9pm at that time and I was already late for my event. I double confirmed with the staff whether the new room has windows, and he said yes. Twice. But as I entered the room, nope. No windows. I feel cheated. It's okay if you cannot provide me the room as I wanted, but it is not okay to lie about it. The last time I checked, I am your customer, I paid for my room, and I'm not coming back to this hotel.

Clean room, towels, shampoo, bottled water provided. There's a lift for upper levels. Nearby to shops and restaurants. Wanted to use the washroom in the evening after check out, but the owner did not allow.
