Pro: room is large and cheap got it for below than rm40 Cons: Bed is hard, when I checked in the toilet floor is wet, wardrobe is dusty, the next morning the is no water supply so I have to check out without having bath But overall if u wanna stay for a sleep after a long drive it is just fine Can’t expect much since I pay very cheap

I Already book the hotel on friday. And choose the option that I did not know at what time I will check in. And I already pay full payment for standard room. Once I reach at the hotel, i was shock as the staff said their hotel already full. Where did my room that I already pay full payment? Did they just give it to other people? The staff said office did not inform them since I book and pay the hotel through Agoda. But the problem is I already pay full and book on friday. the staff try to call his Boss and turns out they give us another room that have 3 single bed instead. The front door have no secure as I did not have anything to lock the door. The door only have the Brass Security Door Guard. I end up block the door with a coffee table and a chair. And scary thing happen where suddenly the water from the bathroom sink open by itself at 3 AM. And it is not clean at all. The floor is dirty. The worst part is, We cannot find any convenience store nearby.

Rooms were very poorly maintained, there's no lock from inside the room and the bedsheets made us itchy. Not sure how long it's been since they washed it. There were many foreigners loitering around in the hotel as well. Won't be coming back here anymore...

Bedsheets were not changed when we entered. Should have changed every time guests left the premises. But, the staff were all superb and the hotel is value for money. All in all, I still like it.
