10 Day Christmas Holiday Stay”

We have stayed previously in various hotels and serviced apartments and this was our first stay at the Orchard Point Serviced Apartments. We got this apartment at a very good price and were not disappointed. Room was clean and large; sure the bathroom could do with a refurbishment (same with the pool area) but overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

We stayed in Orchard Point Apt for 2 weeks and It was perfect for our family. Stayed in their studio room with my husband and two daughters aged 19 months and 8 years old. The room was huge, perfect for my little toddler. Both of my kids had a space to move around. It has everything you need like a kitchenette and an automatic washer/dryer. Location was perfect, it is surrounded by malls and the nearest train station is just across the building inside a mall. We had a good deal too because if you book directly, it's 200SGD/night and we got it lesser than that here thru Agoda. We will stay here again if we're to go back to SG. Thanks Agoda! :)

Simply perfect!”

I have been to several serviced apartments in Singapore but this is by far the best- considering the rate, area of the unit, cleanliness, proximity to the mrt. They also have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was really perfect for me because most serviced apartments who offer 2 bedrooms only have 1 shared bathroom. The interior is quite old already but for me, it doesn't really matter because everything still works just fine and the place is really clean, complete with everything we needed. They actually provided more stuff than what we expected. I was also very happy that they cleaned the unit every other day as compared to other serviced apartments who only offers 1x a week cleaning. Their staff are also very accommodating. I cannot say anything negative about this place. I just wish they will accept short term bookings soon. I will definitely stay here if I ever have to stay in Singapore for a week or longer.

Superb Apartments”

I stayed there along my family . We got 2 Bedroom apartment. Apartment is spacy and airy. Wooden floorwell maintained. 2 Washrooms both are neat and clean. Kitchen s equipped with all basic utensils (electric stoves, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cooking pots, plates, cutlery) and a laundry machine. House service is 3 times a week, but it should be 4 times a week atleast. Its not a major issue. Whenever we called they do it. Main apartments in Excellent condition top class cleanliness, bed sheet change. Refill liquid soap , laundry detergent, bathroom acessories. And 3 bottles water on every service. Location is superb. Very close to orchard road shopping plazas. Nearby MRT is Somerset station about 5 mins walk. Reception staff very co-operative and always meet with smiling face. Never mind if you check in 2_3 hours before. I will definitely prefer to stay here next time. Umair Ahmad Bashir Lahore, Pakistan

Great serviced apartment right in the heart of town. Directly on Orchard Road easy walking distance to all that the Orchard Road vicinity has to offer. 2 minute walk to Somerset MRT station on the North South line. Great staff and housekeeing, clean environment at a very reasonable price for expensive Singapore.

Great Place to live for Family.”

Orchard Road Service Apartments has all. Gym, Swimming Pool, Excellent Rooms with Modular Kitchen with all utensils, Fridge, Washing machine with daily house keeping. Excellent Service and all in budget. I really enjoyed 5 star experience in this service apartments. It is connected with Orchard Road and Metro Station is just 200 meters away and all is connected with near by Mall - Orchard Central and The CentrePoint. Lovely Experience and will definitely live again for my next visit.

A Memorable Stay in Singapore with Orchard Point Service Apartments (OPSA)”

Prior to arriving, the staff were very helpful in making special arrangements via phone calls from Australia. When we arrived and throughout our stay, the staff, especially Kathy from Reception, Rafiq & Salleh from Security were most courteous and helpful. What was pleasing was that the technician responded immediately to fix a leak in one of the air-conditioners and the whole apartment became cooler and more pleasant. Although the rooms are only cleaned 3 days a week, the chambermaid did a good job! The Christmas Light-up along Orchard Road added to the festive atmosphere. However, our apartment was an oasis of peace in spite of the heavy traffic all around it. Will definitely stay at OPSA again as the 2 bedroom apartments are spacious, the hot water in the baths work beautifully and the appliances and utensils are clean and well kept. One suggestion though -- please consider fixing a hot water unit in the kitchen as it's not easy removing grease with just cold water. Thank you.

Exceptional”

Apartment is in the art of Orchard Road, variety of plaza and shopping moles within a minute of walking distance. Cold storage retail supermarket and great food options nearby. Seven 11 and Orchard Central across the road. OG plaza and centre point plaza downstairs. Starbucks coffee and O' coffee nearby. Worth the money. Highly recommend for couples, solo traveller, families with young and older kids alike. Friendly reception. House keeping done every second day. Security at ground floor to help you check in after hours. We will definately come back.

The two bedroom apartment was comfortable and very very clean. The location was very convenient and would definitely book with the Orchard Point Apartments during my next visit to Singapore.

Good property at great location”

we had a great Singapore vacation staying at Orchard Point, the property is centrally located on the Orchard Road. Good room sizes (we booked a studio apartment) . The property is no frills, dont expect room service/ food etc. However, if you had planned for that, then it would not be an issue. They have a complete kitchenette along with utensils, so if you would like to cook, it is possible. All in all, this place is home away from home, not exactly a hotel.

Orchard Point Serviced Apartments, The Apartment was good, The Staff was OK, They only cleaned the room Twice in 1 week and the most disappointing thing about this Apartment was that they used a ICE Mountain water bottle and filled it up with clear Dish Washing Detergent and my 4 year old Son thought it was drinking water. I do have a photo of this but this site will not allow it. Only Disappointing thing on the whole Holiday.

This is our first time with Agoda and Orchard Point Service Apartments. We give OPSA a decent 75 to 80%. Overall, our biggest letdown was housekeeping (1. They don't work Sundays and public holidays... our stay happens to fall on the dates they didn't work for 3 consecutive days! 2. Not thorough. It seems they're always forgetting something every other day... towels, dishwashing liquid, table towel, tissues, etc. Plus, we'd have to remind them to replenish some basic essentials or they won't! 3. Cleaning standards can be better. ) Hardware wise is good, with a little bit of wear and tear on some things noticeably old... e.g. the wooden door in the bathroom is peeling. Rust here and there. The bathroom cum toilet really needs better ventilation! Btw, we never know what numbers to dial for the reception or housekeeping.

Gret stay for Singapore GP week”

A wonderful stay at these serviced apartments. The location is superb, a short walk to Somerset MRT and many eateries including hawker stalls, within a block. I particularly appreciated the clean apartment, the aircon, the size of the apartment, and the afternoon room service 3 times a week. The only strange thing was no hot water at the kitchen sink, but I could work with that. I enjoyed the roof pool, never too many people. I hope to stay there again.

Accommodation is a little tired looking BUT location is A+, staff lovely and apt spacious & equipped”

From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful and accommodating. The apartments are a little “tired” looking in decor but they’re clean, have everything you need, air conditioning works well, tv’s have just been upgraded, and have plenty of space and storage. When anything didn’t work staff came immediately to fix it. The gym is cool and well equipped, and the rooftop pool is a decent size when you want to cool off and let the kids splash around. The location is excellent and definitely the biggest pro. Two minutes walk to Somerset MRT and surrounded by shops, malls, food courts and restaurants. There is a supermarket nearby with everything you may need and the local Toast Box serves the perfect Singapore breakfast. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Helpful staff and central location”

The apartment was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. The building is not new so some of the fixtures looked a bit tired. However, we have all the amenities needed. The swimming pool is quite deep (1.5-1.8m) so children need to be closely supervised by adults who are competent swimmers. It is conveniently located in the centre of orchard. There are plenty of shops and eateries around. It is very close to Somerset MRT station.

Great Place for a family to stay”

We were 5 adults and 3 children who originally booked a 3 bedroom suite during the Christmas week. When we arrived were given a 2 bedroom suite with an adjacent 1 bedroom suite at the same price--both entrance doors were behind another entrance door--this was even better than our original booking--both suites were spacious and perfect for our families. The fairly large kitchens had everything a large family needs and were important for us since we had a 2, 8 and 11 year old.. Although the suites are somewhat dated, compared to say a Hilton Hotel, they were as nice as we needed and felt like home. You can't beat the experience we had for the price. The location is perfect on the iconic Orchard Road.

Outstanding orchard road location”

A large 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in the centre of orchard road. We managed to get a bus to any pay of the island from outside our door. Also lots of food and shops on the doorstep. Big apartment with all facilities. Pool on roof with sauna and gym. 24 hour security and reception staff very friendly and helpful and always remembered my name.

Really great stay”

Needed a solo place to stay while in Singapore, so chose these serviced apartment. Really fantastic value for the heart of Singapore, and a great stay. Facilities not super fancy, but clean, functional, and all you really needed. I liked the oversized TV and the comfy pillows. The armchair was a bit modern and weird but everything else was very nice.

Nothing to complain about”

We stayed at these apartments for 6 night and we very happy with our choice. The apartment was very large and in an excellent location being close to many, shopping malls and within easy access of the MRT. Yes, as others have mentioned, it is a bit old and there is some mould in the bathroom, but one must be fair....Singapore had a very humid climate and I assume most guests would have the airconditioner on most of the time. The bathroom does not, obviously, get any of the aircon but does get steam and warm air which combined are perfect for mould. The main area of mould in our bathroom was very low down, behind the door, where the shower curtain drops water. I only noticed it because others had mentioned it and I wanted to see how prolific it was - and it was not a huge issue. The bed was very comfortable and there are enough utensils etc to function for simple food preparation. The roof top pool is an added bonus.

You cannot beat the staff, location and value for money ...”

We stayed for 10 nights relocating back from US to Singapore. The place is in best possible location on the bustling Orchard road with malls, restaurants, grocery stores within a hop. The staff is awesome. Our first unit was a bit noisy and I am sensitive to noise, the staff immediately showed us all of the units available and moved us to the place of our choice. Strongly recommended.
