Took some time to check in”

I went for a late check out and hoping that they have read my request but sadly they did not grant it and let me wait for quite some time. They should have just informed us earlier instead of letting me wait just to inform me that my request is not granted. The bathroom shower hot and cold shower are in opposite directions and the bathroom is too dim. To be fair the room is clean, in good location and most of the staff is nice especially the supervisor in the restaurant, Mr. Mahmoud who is very professional and gave his best service. I hope that the front desk clerks would learn from him more.

Be Aware of Aircondition”

I stayed 10 days, even continue complaint, air-condition not working, after change room also, situation was same. Like me many other guest to companied , but no result. It was working on particular floors like 5, 3,2,1.

Great hotel beautiful ambience ”

One-night stay, a bit disappointing”

The AC didn’t work and our room did not cool off at all even after several hours. Ended up using the window instead, which only helped because the weather outside was unusually cool. Nothing impressive about “executive suite”. No balcony. No receipt provided at checkout, even when I insisted. I was told that since I booked online it was not customary to provide one, so they would not. Never had a hotel say that to me before. The pool is not included, and you have to pay significantly more money if you choose to. There is an upper level “sky bar”, which isnt even on the top floor. We tried to go up for evening drinks but were turned away because we did not have a reservation. No one had mentioned that reservations were required. They were playing loud house music, so not my scene anyway. Got the impression that the hotel uses this “club” as a primary income generator, as we saw many locals going in just for the club. I felt that hotel guests should be provided more perks for the price

Before booking confirm about AC”

I stay around 9 days as my work was near to this hotel. Since first day I complaint air condition not working and keep on complaining with other guests too !! They change the room but not problem . As I already paid thru Agoda in advance , can’t get refund and has stay forcefully . Breakfast was ok. Have to pay for gym and any other facility to use .

Excellent location”

I will give 5 star for the location. I gave only 4 star because as every other places if you purchased your room with an offer they will give you a room without a view. Not a biggie but they should at least ask if you prefer a nice view or an upgrade. The hotel is very nice and cozy and it's ideally located next to the city centre. I walked from the hotel to the majis historical and touristic places. Very clean and the staff is friendly. Food portions are big when you order room service. They have a very beautiful restaurant called Sinatra with beautiful views of the city and a bar upstairs with what seemed to be a rooftop. Breakfast is also good with a lof of fresh fruit options. You can leave you luggage at the reception after the check out if you have an evening flight and go around the city. All in all I had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend.

広くて可愛くて素敵なホテルです”

とても可愛らしいインテリアに飾られたお部屋で嬉しくなりました。 異なる日にちで２泊しましたので、２部屋利用したのですがいずれも可愛く、お部屋も広く、ベッドも大きかったです。 お部屋全体明るい色で統一されているので、疲れも癒されホットできます。 お部屋もとても清潔で不便無く過ごせました。 １日目はとても疲れていたのでルームサービスでパスタを頼んだのですが、あまり期待していなかったんだけど美味しかった！！ ホテル周りには素敵なレストランやカフェも多く、ホテルすぐ近くに小さなスーパーもあって便利。 観光名所にも近く、メインストリートにも近いので立地もとても良かったです。 エレバン自体はとても都会で楽しい街。 観光や買い物をして、荷物を置きにホテルに戻り、またお出かけすることも出来て、とても良いホテルでした。 スタッフの方もとても親切でフレンドリーでした。英語が堪能なスタッフが多く、不便なく過ごせました。
