Poor facilities but Kind staffs”

We had a room with poor water supply so need to change the room. The staff arranged and served with kindness so were satisfied with their response. Have a good spring in basement.

Quite run down hotel but is functional enough”

This hotel was built in 1929 and it shows in the design and infrastructure. Not the most pleasing to the eye but it works. No microwave, only kettle. Quite a walk from Onyangoncheon station with 4 luggages. But convenient to walk to the stream and also Gingko tree trail area which was beautiful at sunset

Interior lightings are very old. ”

Carpet floor is too old and some parts are ugly and dirty look. Lightings are too dark to see around. Their food look professional but taste is not. Their laundry service is super expensive. Do not use it. Their hot springs water in guest rooms are not good. However their hot springs water was great. I guess they want to attract guests to Big hot springs. Guest rooms were slightly smelly and I could smell smoking in my bathroom from other room.

Run down, poor maintenance

I booked this place through Agoda a month before my staying. My wife and I were with my nieces total 6, therefore reserved two rooms for three persons in each room. When I checked in, a staff asked me to pay extra $30 for the 3rd person, so I explained when I reserved rooms, I clicked 3 adults occupancy. She said I have to talk to Agoda for this matter. So I paid extra $30 for each room. When I checked the rooms, there were two bottles of water, two instant coffee and two slippers..., everything was two except three floor futons. I asked for another water bottle and slipper, they provided a reusable slipper, but not water bottle. I don't know why, even I paid for extra person. The staff was a bit rude and sounded annoy about my request. I regret to choose this hotel. I would recommend the Jeil? hotel just front of this hotel, looks much new and clean, it was similar rate.

Run down hotel”

The hotel is in it’s last leg; everything is old and run down. For example, I couldn’t sit on the desk chair since the legs were so wobbly. When I turned it over to tighten the bolt, saw that multiple screws were previously inserted, so the wood was split. Anyway, booked for two days, left after one night.

Excellent experience with Mom!”

I was traveled with my Mom during the Korean Holidays. The facilities seem quite old but it was clean and just enough to take a rest. The bedding was pretty clean but the only pillow was not comfortable. Hot spring was the reason to select the place. It was pretty awesome for both of us, thirties daughter and sixties mom. The water was just good enough although we prefer sulfur spring. We had the spa every day. Considering the price, I am satisfied and I will definitely visit the hotel again.

Great place with hot spring”

The Hotel is big, with a hot spring spa that you can enjoy with discounted price. The room is nice but cannot control air conditioner so we were hot. Very helpful staff.

Great place to stop by for bath in hot spring”

We stayed here for one night on our way to Gyengju and Busan as it is a long drive way from Seoul. This is a great place to stop by and have a hot spring bath. The water is great but the mattress was....too stiff.

Set to be disappointed”

Don't bother to pay more for a bigger room. They will charge you 15,000 won for any extra person beyond 2 people. The bigger room will not cover more people. The facilities are not maintained at all. Paint peeling, dirty stains. The blankets are not cleaned at all. Towels are questionable. Poor water pressure in the shower where you are then forced to use their hot spring. And no, your room fee does not cover entry. So you will have to pay extra per person. The staff tried to be responsive, but overall it was a unimaginable disappointment for $130.

No Air Conditioning”

It was hot summer night and the central air conditioner was not working. They sent us two fans and expected to survive the night. The food was low budget. Thankfully they gave us free hot spring tickets for our troubles.

とてもわかりやすい場所ですぐちかくに市場もあります。 温泉付ですが宿泊者以外の方が多かったです。 スタッフは日本語が、堪能で助かりました。

値段なりのホテルという印象ですが、おそらくこの街では良いクラスの方だと思います。アメニティがないので、自分で持参する必要があります。温泉は、宿泊客であれば割引（7,000→4,200ウォン）になります。
