Not necessarily problem with the hotel itself but could not get the room code or number without contacting support. Might be because of a third party booking and self check in option. The room was decent and facilities were good for the price.

The hotel doesn't have a lobby, reception, or manning staff. You have to call their phone number (fees apply regardless of your phone plan) if there is any problem. In addition, Agoda, Booking.com which is the same company does not forward your contact info to the hotel for them to send your entry code and room number. So either way, you still have to contact the hotel. Checking-in could be a hassle if you booked your room using 3rd party websites.
