Worth Every Penny”
Place was clean, hotel was near restaurants and convenience stores. Overall, i liked it. My only issue was the self check-in. You’re supposed to put your name. And i kept entering mine, it won’t push through. Then after so many tries, we tried with just my first name, voila. My booking appeared. Maybe next time the hotel should put that in their instruction e-mail. Thank god we tried it with just my first name.

Disappointing ”
4th day and room not made up twice. Bed not being made not as much an issue as no supply of water tea and coffee being replenished Locked myself out of room on 3rd day at 8:20 am when trying to determine housekeeping staff to ensure room would be made up. Had to wait for reception staff to come at 9. Another key is available via automated service but since I didn’t have a Korean phone number it couldn’t find my reservation. No reception staff on duty all of Tuesday even though sign say they are from 9 am until midnight. Nor Wednesday evening. When I ask d about staff on duty for the evening when I check out as I need assistance to order a taxi, I was told they share staff with the hotel next door called Ocean Soleview and there would be none here. The said they would request staff to come at 8:30 pm for my check out at 9 on. I paid hotel directly for late check out. Hotel advertises, shuttle bus, taxi, restaurant, English speaking staff. All of these were important to me when booking as I am a 70 lady travelling on my own. The restaurant is still under construction, the shuttle bus is limited to 3 a day and all in morning, the staff English is hit and miss. When I tried to arrange late check out it took almost 30 minutes before my request was understood and payment made.

Fine hotel, need to change listing”
The hotel is fine but they advertise shuttle service to the airport. This is in fact 30 minutes from the airport by taxi. Or 1 hour by bus/subway. Taxis do not come here in the morning. The hotel itself is good and clean but the ad listing needs to be changed. The area is quite pretty but with not much to do.

Perfect for a late arrival to ICN”
The rooms are exactly like the pictures mine even had a washing machine and drying rack. The beds were super comfy. They have a self check in counter that allows you to get a room at any time of day. Our flight arrived at 11pm and we checked in around 1am with no problems. There are also 24 hour emarts right next door with an ATM. I also loved that the top floor had an awesome 24 h cafe.

The hotel is located in the great place where have a lot of restaurants. Just right in front of the beach, it’s so beautiful view. The room is clean, have big refrigerator, stove but no cooking tools and washing machine with no detergent. Our booking is for 2 peoples but they just give 1 big towel, when I asked for 1 more they said I have to pay for it :)) I think the hotel management should be considered for the hotel facilities. Just small money made but it made the customers weren’t happy.
