Good location, not new resort but room is large and nice , staffs can’t speak English so inconvenient if u need some help. Breakfast is good. Will come back

Great stay but missed a fan”
Nice big rooms only a few steps away from the beach. The staff was really friendly and helpfull. I just missed ceiling fan or other fan in the room as the A/C only runs from 12pm to 7 am. But electricity is available 24/7. I also enjoyed the choices they had for breakfast. Nice big pool.

Its on a good location, rooms are spacious and well decorated/functional. 2 minus points: a resort should have wifi in room. This is most visitors' priority. Secondly, check maintenance for sinks and tubs, so the water drains well.

AC is too old”
The way to the beach is a little bit far away from hotel. Hotel location is not adjacent with the beach. Things and Equipments inside room are old. Bathroom and toilet are new and good. The main problem for me is Air-con is too old and "Swing" function is not working. Staffs are really nice and helpful. Breakfast is normal and not too much to choice. For me, I will not stay in this hotel anymore if they didn't replace current things.

Old and dated”
We booked the room at Ocean Paradise but the transferred us to another hotel which is next door to it. It is under same ownership. We were told that we have been upgraded to another hotel due to some renovation works carrying out at Ocean Paradise. The room they gave us was the furthest row from the beach and everything inside is very old and seems like never been taken care off. There were so many other nicer rooms available on that day but they dumped us in that filthy room.

The hotel did not charge as per agreed rates. They exchanged usd to mmk with an inflated rate. Everything else was okay. Would recommend staying elsewhere.

Comfortable, but not beach front”
Room is comfortable, staff very friendly, swimming pool still under renovation, too bad no sea view, our balcony is behind a patch of vegetation that is behind another resort. still it is not far from beach, like 1 minute walk.

General ”
The hotel has no safe. Air con is not available from 0700 to 1200 everyday. There's no WiFi in the rooms and it only works at the reception area. The pool water is warm to hot and the ocean is the same. With the humid climate there's no other way to cool down but in the air conditioning. The restaurant is over priced.

Old and need refurbishment”
The rooms we booked were unavailable due to some renovation works and they put us at Sunny Paradise side. They said we have been upgraded and we thank them for that arrangement but the so called upgraded rooms are worn down and need immediate renovation.

Personal opinion ”
The power to the aircondition is cut off from 0700 to 1200 each and every day. I was only informed at check in. The restaurant prices are too expensive for what you get compared to local prices. The air conditioning in some rooms only work occasionally and old style televisions are still being used. There's no safe in the rooms.

Things I liked - 1. Location - Lots restaurants and shops nearby. The beach was also closeby. 2. Breakfast was also okay 3. Pool Things I didn't like 1. They turned off the A/C from 7am to 12nn. Never experienced this before 2. No wifi

The room was ok, but no wifi as the website says. The pool looked very dirty and the breakfast was only local food and the presentation did not look good. The room was ok but the rest of hotel looked really bad, it was dropping on water everywhere and they where fixing a lot. Did not felled liked they where open for customer.

Not for Europeans ”
Poor English of the stuff, room had a broken balcony door, light and fridge. Normally we are not picky, but here the value / money ratio does not fit at all. We had a guest house in Yangon which was half the price but double the value ...

Don't go stay in this hotel”
In North beach of Ngwe Saung, car parking little far in another yard,problem is no WIFI in room and checked in. Swimming pool closed early 7PM,and hotel left one more block with sea beach. Ridiculous management!
