Staff very friendly and helpful, SPA was amazing. Multilingual and professional. Food-just all best compliments-thanks to Food and Beverage Manager. Very clean rooms. Towels changing daily. Live music at the lobby every evening. I was very impressed -recomending to all type travellers. Not much to do for kids, no playground, no playrooms. Is not much entertainment in the dark time, so, I would recommend a small cinema room, mini cinema teatre. Would take more people out of room in the evening. Shuttle buses operating, you can order any tour around the places at the reception. Prices- affordable, but Israel expensive country itself, so extra money you must have. If I'll be back to Dead Sea- I'll stay in the same place, cause I like comfort and not too overcrowded places. If you are the same, you should go to Oasis hotel. Best luck for guys over there and thanks again.

Your suggestion of more entertainment during the day will be fully considered, though the Hotel is mainly quiet during the day and there is the spa, outdoor pool etc. Though we are very glad to have your feedback and especially reading that you would come and stay here again. Receptionist Anastya was very helpful and friendly. The reception hall is very butifull and clean. The spa parts is very nice. The sauna is not enough warm, but the hammam, see water pool, jakuzzi are very good. It's sticky, that the guests of the Oasis Dead See couldn't use the spa parts till 6.00p.m, the guests of the Oasis Spa Hotel till 10.00p.m. The sight of the dirty fire stairs from our room was beastly. All of the morning 8.00 a.m. (Mid. European time 7.00) knocked the man of the cleaning service. It was terrible.

Hit or miss service and spa treatments. We left clothing by accident in the room and didn’t get it back despite multiple emails and calls. When we pulled up to hotel security was rude and told us we couldn’t unload our luggage for checkin so we had to park on a dirt lot out back and haul our luggage in. Only stay if you can’t get in somewhere else and you need a hotel to hike Masada- but try ein gedi reserve or somewhere else,. we waited 15 min to order drinks at pool bar and gave up and went somewhere else. We tried indoor bar - same thing so we had lunch and dinner outside hotel w similar experiences, ein bokeh is just not great overall.

    Not worth the money”

    Location and a secluded beach

compared to the other hotels on the strip, oasis didn't offer the value for money that i thought it would. the tv didn't work, the overall hotel looked like a nightmare from soviet times. the hotel itself is split into two parts, the spa hotel and the generic hotel, this was not outlined when i booked, so when i wanted to visit the spa, i had to pay extra on 4 days out of 7. the breakfast selection is extremely poor, you have to pay some a day for internet, that only works in the lobby. overall service was ok, but the value for money component definitely suffers a big hit with this hotel.

It was OK but not great”

The hot tub was full of laundry soap foam suggesting they don't use a defoamer. They didn't make it clear the tickets for chairs on the beach could only be used for the plastic chairs from the guy on the left side and not for recliners from the guy on the right side of the beach. As we were getting ready to leave the electricity or the whole building went out. We had to wait about 10 minutes at the elevator for the electricity to come back on and one of the elevators was broken. When we checked out their computers and credit card machines were still down from the electricity outage even though the electricity was back on. They tried to tell me in addition to our spa charges we also owed for another night for the room. I had to provide my receipt to prove I didn't owe for another night. Because the credit card machines were still not working I had to pay the spa bill with cash and they couldn't give me a receipt because the computer was still down.
