bad luck”

arrived Arau 3.15pm, check in 05.20pm. 2hrs driving just to find the homestay location.🤦.. following the map on Agoda, end up somewhere in the middle of paddy field.. Call Agoda customer service for help (it's not easy to get thru the operator) they give the host phone number, finally reach the homestay.. about 5km away from the actual location. Please update your location correctly and provide phone number for contact.Spoil the mood & activities planned.

Bilik mmg cantik, luas, selesa dn halaman rumah pun cantik 😍 Anak2 pun suka 😍 senang parking & berbumbung. Kemudahan dalam rumah yg owner sediakan sgt baik. TAK ADA CONTACT NUMBER OWNER DAN TAK BOLEH CHECKIN! ”

sepatutnya checkin 29 October 2021,sampai lewat pukul 2 pagi dengan 2 orang tua, tapi tak dapat checkin sebab tak jumpa lansung owner, call agoda tunggu dekat 30 minit untuk dapat nombor owner untuk call owner, baru dapat. tuuuuu pun owner tak angkat call.last kena cari hotel lain sendiriiiiiiiii. duit untuk checkin hari tu burnnnn! agoda cakap last check in 12 midnight. sapa yang nak book better call agoda untuk dapat nombor fon dulu, and smpai before midnight. bye
