It is very impressed with hotel designed and relaxing atmosphere of Seaview. Room is set up properly with large smart tv connected to mobile easily. Bed quality is superb. Hot shower is working well, not bathtub for deluxe room. Feel comfortable with high ceiling and daylight window facing to the sea. Close to the sea but No beach and not recommend to swim for sure in Sriracha. Swimming pool on the 4th floor with sea view, has fitness room with high quality on equipment. Sauna is also available in changing room. Breakfast is good quality and variety of choices. There is convenience store nearby the hotel. You can find local food in the area as well. Only 10 mins drive to Sriracha city centre, 15 mins. To Max Value, Japanese super market. Around 30 mins to Pattaya. Only 1 inconvenience is parking space is not enough when I checked in. I have to park at the condominium nearby.

Newly opened hotel with brand standard ”

Brand new property with Novotel standard as all rooms are well appointed and come with smart TV, fast and strong WiFi. Rooftop bar offers a fantastic view and it should soon to be the popular place that must visit for this area. Buffet breakfast was available with nice layout while the restaurant presents a nice view of seacoast and relaxing surroundings. Staffs were friendly and kind to your requests. Overall, this will be our first choice of accommodation while visiting Sri Racha.

Best hotel in Sriracha”

Brilliant place to stay”

Actually there are many interesting places to stay in Sriracha. Novotel is deferent. The lamp can be wireless charger in the Seaview bed room. There are 2 breakfast places in the hotel. You can choose wherever you like. Staffs are friendly and ready to provide you well suggestion. I went to Staycation only. But will be back again.

New open hotel”

The hotel is just opened. Overall was good. All hotel staff were very helpful and friendly but some points are needed to improve. We stayed at the island and there were charges for the transportation from the hotel pier to the hotel on the island. However, the transferring of baggage from the Sriracha hotel to the Si Chang hotel was not arranged properly. Once we checked in at the Sriracha hotel, we got the room no. and told the bellman but once we got on the Si Chang, the staff there told us that the baggage had no tags of room no. so it was better to wait and tell which baggage was ours. For the hotel restaurant, some menu ran out quickly, but it’s understandable that it’s difficult to estimate the no. of travelers during COVID-19.

Sea view in the room is amzaing”

This is a new built hotel. Facilities are all equipped with Novotel’s standard. Good - Room is very large and new bathroom design. - Sea view in the room is perfect. We can see Koh Sichang, Koh Loy, Bangsaen and otster farm view. It is a good view combination. - Swimming pool is good - Staff service is excellent - Parking lot is sufficiently provided Need improvement - Sauna room is very small and do not work in hot temperature enough - Breakfast is simple but it’s meet overall satisfaction. If you can have other menus, it would be great. - Price is a bit high comparing to other hotels in the same areas. Even in the mid week, it is still high for sea view room. - It would be good if hotel can provide one day package traveling in Koh Sichang.

Good for peaceful rest”

The hotel is newly opened in Jun this year so the room is new and very comfortable. The hilight of this hotel is its salt swimming pool with spectacular view over the ocean of Koh Si Chang. Beautiful location!!

Exceptional”

Ally who is manager at front desk is very helpful. We have some problems with Boat schedule to Koh Si Chang. She try her best to help us and the problem has been resolved. Our trip turn out to be more than perfect. Thanks again Khun Ally.

Pool villa is superb. Staff is very helpful both Sriracha and at Si Chang island. Not much choices in the menu.

first 4.5star hotel ln Koh Si Chang”

brandnew hotel with access to koh Si Chang but I stayed the hotel at the highest number of guests I think, so always long queue and crowded. I'd like to revisit and stay at Koh Srichang side next time.

Value of money! Staff are very friendly Bed is good. Many choices for pillows I really like TV in the room. Speaker makes good feelings A lot of USB Port charger and also wireless speakers in room New hotel Centara in pattaya dont have this item.. surprise to see it :) Because of covid19 snack were removed from room but you can call staff for this one.. Disappointed one thing about breakfast I requested omelette. Staff already say yes but I didn’t get omelette.. Hope staff will take care guests better than previous.. If you cant please accept to the guest :(

Checked-in very very late”

We went there on Feb 27-28, which we actually arrived late. Around 4-5 PM, thought that we could get in the room right away but we still have to wait and could get in around 8 PM. Even the hotel said that we can check out late as same as the time we checked in. But we could not enjoy that since we have to leave for personal business in the early morning. I don't think the solution like this is suitable for everyone. Everyone has their own business too. I do enjoy the facility and room here but I'm quite upset about the check in time. To be honest.

Good value for money”

This is a good, new and not far from Bangkok for staying. Room is very nice and fully equipped. Food is good but if has some upgrading may be better. Staff is very nice. Hotel should has more activities such as kayaking, canoeing or sup board for entertaining during stay.

Enjoyed our one night stay here”

Modern, space efficient room with very comfortable bed. Well equipped exercise room. Swam and caught the sunset from the pool (good length for swimming). Had dinner at their rooftop bar. And enjoyed their wonderful buffet breakfast with an ocean view. Underground parking spaces a bit tight but clean, well maintained and easily accessible to/from lobby.

I just gave five stars to the location, service, facility, staff... every things they asked for review. Only one thing that needs for BIG improvement is the breakfast buffet. Food doesn’t taste good, some food was left too long eg. croissant loses its crispy, coffee machine keep broken etc.

Exceptional”

We booked the deluxe sea view room. The view was nice. The place was quite clean, however, their covid prevention wasn't that proactive. They only had temperature screening from the lobby entrance. However, for people who entered from other entrance (parking lot, for instance), they did not go through any temperature screening. Breakfast was okay.. The staffs were very polite and helpful.

Very nice resort and view of ocean is stunning”

Was very lovely place to stay. The room is spectacular with the ocean view. Cocktail sky bar was nice and had a live musician. In the morning we went to gym which was decent, had a swim and a lounge in the pool. Was close to some shops a little cafe and a great sushi restaurant. Would stay again
