    Need to improve”

    Surprise when I checked in, this hotel is very different all for the past 2 years when I stayed in. The condition of room very bad, breakfast with only packed nasi lemak, no more restaurant services like those day.The price and promotion on booklet should be removed if the price of room same like those days. Agoda should inspect this matter and take immediate action.

    NOVO PARK HOTEL 1 NITE STAY”

    Easy to find location, nearby town area & lots of parking space

    1) Not clean at all. The toilet and floor very dirty. Toilet bowl spoilt. Floor covered with cigarettes butts, air-Cond not cold BUT prepared a standing fan for me. 2) No hair dryers BUT have Iron prepared. 3) Bed spoilt cracked to half. Conclusion, very disappointed and will no visit for the 2nd time.

    Worn out towels, pathethic breakfast. Just 1 cup tea with 1 pkt worst nasi lemaik i ever tasted, no coffee at all. Empty pails cluttering in the toilet. I will not recommend staying.

    terrible condition and overpriced”

    the entire building is smelly even in the lobby(it's too old lack of maintenance). the toilet is not clean and we saw a lot of small cockroaches inside the room. this is worst hotel i ever stayed and the price is not cheap and reasonable at all.

    Hotel needs a total revamp!”

    ample parking.

    Hotel needs a total revamp in terms of facilities and staff. Not recommended to stay here unless no other choice. The water heater in my room toilet had smoke coming out of the unit when switched on. Definitely will not stay here again!
