Excellent Resort Hotel”
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Nirwana Resort Hotel. The service was excellent. It began even before our trip through email correspondence which was responsive, forthcoming and clear. And throughout our stay, we were never disappointed with their service. The Nirwana Suite was very spacious with balcony overlooking the beautiful swimming pool and private beach. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi pool. We enjoyed our morning walks along the clean and quiet beach. Breakfast came with a wide selection of food served in a clean and spacious restaurant with attentive waitresses and waiters. Overall we were happy and satisfied with our vacation at Nirwana Resort Hotel.

The staff are friendly and helpful, managed to check in early and they're all smiles and would greet you when they see you. They have a shuttle bus that lets you go through different points within the resort itself on a 30mins basis so its convenient. You can also sit their complimentary ride from the ferry terminal to the hotel and the same when you're departing. The price points for their menu in the restaurants and in-room dining are thereabout the same as it would be in Singapore. Their in-house minimart sells many snacks and the can of beer is around $8 SGD. The resort's massage was good i managed to unwind and relax. I loved the nature view and the beach was really clean. The breakfast spread was not too bad but mainly carbs but they have an omelette/egg station too. The taxi services to the nearby Plaza Lagoi costs about $55SGD to and fro, but worth a visit to try their local food and purchase from the mini marts there. Good for family trips but solo travelers who want to unwind for a weekend getaway will enjoy this place too.

If you want to have various activities (land or sea) for the family, here is the spot too! Check out their activities list, you will definitely be spoilt for choices. If you are the sun, sand and sea kind of person. Nirwana Gardens has the great beaches location. You can suntan by the beach or jump into their infinity swimming pool (within reach from the beach). And what's best? indulgent in their one and only Pool Bar on the whole of Bintan Island! There're simply too many good stuffs at Nirwana. Very good place to have fun & relax holiday ”
We Can have water activities and different options of restaurants inside the big resort area. There is also free shuttle service to/from ferry terminal. Very relaxing with nice beach view. We love to go there again. But it’s more expensive than Singapore. One water bottle cost 6S$. GST+service charges also around 20%. So we are planning to bring our own cup noodles and water bottles for next time 😂

Definite value for money. In house activities to keep you engaged throughout the stay period. Many options for food - western, indonesian or Indian choice. The staff is very friendly and ever ready to help. Especially Ms Oktarina - she personally fullfilled any requirments and addressed any queries we had. Would come again.. highly recommend for couples or families.

Fantastic holiday”
We had a fabulous holiday here. The hotel, staff and the view is great. They provided transport within the resort and the driver were very helpful. However, the hotel is still using old type of key to open room door and there is no iron or no fridge provided in the room. Food and games here are quite expensive. But overall the view is fantastic and we will definitely come back again!

The place was really quiet and relaxing. The value for money for this place is really good. Though the food is a bit expensive. I recommend to bring your food as there are only few options to buy from here but the breakfast buffet is really really good.. Coming back soon :)

Great place for extended families”
We took the biggest villa and 3 more rooms at the hotel. We are a very big extended family so those with young infants had rooms in the hotel side so that they could keep to sleep routines. The staff need special mention- very sweet and considerate from cleaners to buggy drivers to pool side. We have been coming over 14 years and had to stop during Covid period and it was refreshing to know they redid bathrooms and facilities during that time and keep their staff.

Great option for a weekend getaway ”
Was here for a short weekend and I felt that a family can easily spend the weekend within the resort. It has a private beach, activities and enough space to just go for a walk. I liked the choice of food in the restaurants as well. However what made the trip most memorable were the friendly and helpful staff. Kudos to them for making this a comfortable stay.

Perfect resort, perfect trip !”
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Nirwana Gardens as we were met with polite staff and ideal facilities. We even joked about extending our stay for another night ! There were plenty of restaurants to choose from as we buggied around the resort looking to feed our stomachs. We would definitely recommend eating at Kelong as the food was cheap and excellent; remember to order the salted egg prawns! 11/10. As we were looking for a relaxing holiday, we chilled at the swimming pool and beach, soaking in the sun and playing football. I'll miss Nirwana Gardens and will come back one day.

We had a great 5 day stay - some at Banyu Biru Villas and Nirwana Garden Hotel rooms. The staff were really extremely kind and polite and made everyone feel happy. Will definitely be coming back.
