9.6Exceptional
I ended up booking this accommodation right in the middle of the three-day weekend, but I searched for options starting from the cheapest. I'm glad that breakfast is included. There is also a drink service in the lobby, and coffee and barley tea are available for free, which is a nice point. I was told that there is also a large public bath, but it’s located in the sister hotel across the street. In the end, I didn’t use the large bath and opted for the bath in my room instead. The bus and toilet, as well as the room, were well-maintained; while it felt a bit old, I thought it was clean and pleasant.

It is within walking distance to Kouchi, has a good location and cost performance, but there is no parking, so you will need to use a nearby coin parking lot. It costs about 1500 to 1600 yen. You can use the large public bath at the hotel next door. It is a good base for business and sightseeing.

10.0Exceptional
For two people, 4000 yen, includes breakfast. The buffet style menu was extensive, with sausages and milk available. The curry also had ingredients in it. Amenities were complete, and I could choose freely at the front desk. There is a slightly questionable shop next door, but it's not a love hotel or anything like that. It's a clean hotel.

7.2Very good
I reserved two rooms for a family trip (1 adult, 1 college student, 1 high school student, 1 elementary student). * Disliked aspects: The bed was a semi-double? There was only one, and the room felt a bit dark and old. Since we stayed on different floors, I wished we could have been on the same floor. The cheap parking from the hotel is far away! * Good aspects: We were able to use the large communal bath at the sister store next door, which has a sauna, and I was satisfied with that. The lobby had unlimited manga to read and a free massage machine, which was also good. There was a free breakfast service! There were various options, which saved me the trouble of looking for breakfast at another place in the morning. * It's old, but it's compensated by other services, so if you want to stay cheaply, it's more than enough! I will use it again.

“Not too much adornment, just right.”
Since last year, I've visited about five budget business hotels during my travels, and among them, this facility had a somewhat dilapidated feel. However, they offered a free breakfast buffet in the morning, provided ochazuke (a rice dish with green tea) at night, had amenities, a hot spring at a partner hotel, and a manga borrowing corner. It was clean, and I was able to travel without feeling inconvenienced. The staff seemed to have a tough time explaining all the services, but overall, I was very satisfied! It might be tough in today's competitive market, but I hope they keep doing their best. (Also, I've heard there's a discount for booking directly through their website.)
