Terrible broken down hotel”
The people working the reception were very nice and friendly. Other than that, my experience was terrible. My room was switched bc the AC (as listed on website) did not work, and then it also did not work in the sitting room of the second room. Half of the lights did not work, including the bathroom. While the carpeting and furnishings are dated, it would have been fine if the carpets and surfaces were clean. Also- I selected the hotel bc it says there is a fitness center on website. There is no fitness center.

Good & nice hotel”
they upgraded us to a very nice & big family suite w/ no additional cost. It's too big for the 2 of us. It has a nice city view on both living room & bedroom. It has kitchen & dining room too, but, no kitchen utensils & pot. You can only warm/hot water. The bathtub don't have shower curtain so you have to sit down while taking shower to prevent water spill on the floor. The furnitures are modern & nice. I wish their breakfast time is 7AM to 9am instead of 8am-9am. & nice

friendly and valued hotel”
I use this hotel as my UB base for my country sides exploration. With the reasonable room rate, the free shuttle services and nice breakfast are amazing. Hotel staff are very friendly, and help me to find a local hospital when I was sick. They also keep my extra luggages while I was exploring country side. Although at first glance, this hotel looked somewhat cheep, particularly the entrance, this is a quite comfortable hotel for budget travelers.

Value. Big room and near railway station.”
Took the train from ulaanbaatar to beijing. Good location near train station. About 3 km walk. Took a cab less than 5 mins. About 2000 turks. Service was decent, they claimed that I have cancelled the reservation which I did not. No hot water, has a water heater but not too hot either. Near the train station means the unrelentless sound of incoming train proves hard to sleep. Delivered in room breakfast at 6 am instead of the usual packets one. Pretty neat.

When I checked in, the hotel staff were nice to walk me up to my room. Once I reach my room it was stuffy no air conditioning. When I ask them how to turn in the air con they told me to open the window and let wind to come in. The hotel is very near to the railway line. Every night the train will horn and it is very noisy making me impossible to sleep. I book a double room, when I was in the room preparing to bath the hotel staff called me and said that the room have no heater. They change my room to single room with heater which is really smaller. When i check the toilet of the room seems like someone just pee and didnt flush. Then I order the room service, spaghetti bologniese, it was hot looks good. But why is there a strong mutton smell. During shower, the water heater will automatically and off itself and its winter outside. The only good was there was national geographic channel and news in english with world cup channel.

初めてのウランバートルなので他のホテルと比較できませんがシャワーの勢いや空調の調整ができないなどに不満を感じた程度で特に過ごすの不便はなかったです。近くにコンビニなどがないので部屋に小さい冷蔵庫を置いてもらいました。

ウランバートルのホテルは総じて高いので、比較的安いここを選んだ。設備はやや古いが悪くはない。街の中心から歩けなくは無いが結構遠い。次回来るときはもっと中心に近いところを選ぶと思う。

BARかカラオケがホテル内にあるため、12時を過ぎてもうるさかったです。ただ、寝れましたが。 タクシーの運転手はこのホテルを知らなかったので、電話番号を控えて電話してもらいました。

早餐准备的还不错，酒店位置距火车站较近，步行7分钟，前台接待较热情。广场有一定距离，可以自行打车前往（黑出租价格低于正规出租），酒店前台也可以安排，但是价格很贵，前台预定出租车到广场需20000蒙图，回来私家车仅5000图左右。酒店晚上有歌厅，声音较吵，一般持续到凌晨1点左右
