Impressive stay. Good food. Friendly staff.”

Very pleasant stay. Comfortable room. Hotel operated for five year, toilet wall are leaking. However, room is clean. Set breakfast has three alternative choices, tasty and good amount. Night music at the bar doesn't bother my stay. Hotel quiet and i have a deep sleep. The hotel not far from famous local night market and food hall...Ton Tan market. Nice food and lots of live music. Very nice... Really recommend this hotel when visit Khon Khen.!!!

A nice, comfortable hotel with adorable staff”

Clean and comfortable rooms. Location a little "offside" Khon Kaen center. Sometimes hard to make yourself understood using english language. But using pen, writing paper and block letters can work wonders. Nightclub with good restaurant located very near.

Miles from anywhere”

This hotel located down a Soi that has the worst traffic in Khon Kaen, taking up to 15mins to travel the 2km to the main road. The hotel is basic in its amenities but the onsite bar and Karaoke complex is awesome. Did someone say businessmans heaven? Oh btw, the staff don't speak english so you need to speak Thai to get yr point across....

Excellent”

I was well impressed with this hotel, such friendly helpfull staff, Band playing every night during and after meal. Enjoyed the Karaoke rooms. I shall be booking this hotel again

Room a bit old but seem clean”

Location is good when u have a car, close to university so food is cheap & nice not too far from the hotel. Swimming pool is for photo shooting only, not to swim. Breakfast is ok for the price. wifi is working ok. Really noisy with all the singing until 1,2 am. Lucky we didn't hear much from our room, but our friends on level 2 complaint.

suite with those who rent or bring car with you. It's not so far from the airport and center but not so convenient to travel without car. The hotel is quiet and peaceful for those who really want a long rest.

Smiling and very nice staff but talk little Englis”

Like much to stay at this hotel. Sinlet and ok place with nice band music at the resturant in the evening. For people as like caraoke, this hotel have many room for singing.

Hotel was ok”

I stayed for two weeks and the hotel service was good and room was good but the brefast each morning was the same with water down juice and same cold food each day. Not one day was the food even warm and the floor was not clean from the night before and old dried food in cracks of table. I would not stay there a again.

Noisy weekends”

so far ok, Hotel. But during my staying during the weekend I could 2 nights not really fall asleep. Reason for that was a life event where a loudspeaker also was placed towards the road so that the whole neighborhood could also enjoy the life entertainment. For me most of the time the perming singers couldn't sing and the speaches sounded enoying. Anyway from Sunday to Monday there was not such an event. The Service is extreme friendly and the restaurant is good too, Instand coffee and chocolate drink is free within the lobby area.

Fun and comfortable at a good price”

We thought that we would be out in the middle of nowhere, but it's not far from the malls, and the surrounding area, Ban Kok, has convenience stores, laundromats, and lots of places to eat. The English speaking staff is very personable, quick to provide flattery and amusing anecdotes. The non-English speaking staff is slightly less polite when they don't expect to be understood, but that's normal for the area. We had a lovely, spacious, and luxurious suite, complete with jacuzzi. The outdoor shower was disappointing, due to poor water pressure and temperature control. If you feel like walking, you can get to Central Plaza or the Pullman, but it's easier to take the Songtheaw to either.

Looks good from the outside - but....!!!????”

the hotel was hard to find even with my satnav. the hotel looked ok from the outside and the parking was good and the hotel staff very helpful..... but that's where it ends.... the swimming pool was stinking and had obviously been that way for a long time (see date of previous review by others)and no was was bothered to help change it, so my kids and i could not swim which is why we booked this hotel in the first place. the food is served in a loud noisy disco type restaurant outside at the back of the hotel with a fair walk to it, the food was served on a cold plate and mosquitos everywhere. the breakfast was so bad that the owner came to apologise before i even complained!!!!???? don't use this hotel unless you want to be very dissapointed!

When you reserve the room you think you are getting a great deal but it is far away from anything to do or eat and the food is very overpriced at hotel.

Quiet, great staff”

Staff were really helpful and kind. Rooms are old and are in need of new paint. Aircon in the room I stayed in was loud. Food is satisfactory, but cold in the morning. Nice surroundings and quiet because it is away from the main city areas.

Just OK”

Difficult to find, it's off the beaten track. Not the most pleasant of locations. Hotel is ok, staff friendliness acceptable, rooms a bit shabby for the style of hotel. Breakfast acceptable. Night club is part of the hotel complex. Probably suit conference style patrons moreso. Value for money is ok.

Nice hotel but swimming pool not clean .”

very helpful staff . not any bathing area around the pool and was not clean . very hot during our stay so a dip would have been nice. other hotel was good and food excellent !

Easy, but need vehicle”

Excellent”

Water pressure needs to improve, jacuzzi handle needs to repair, air pump with jacuzzi not working. There were problem with tap, just hot water, no cold water mixing. Other then that nice place to stay if you’re own your own.

Cheaper is not always smarter”

This hotel is okay if you have your own mode of transportation. Luckily we had a car to get around town in, but without it I wouldn't have stayed. The room was average, but the bathroom was quite dingy. Needs an upgrade. The food and service at the restaurant were great! The front desk staff seemed somewhat cold and unfriendly. I don't recommend the pool. After getting in I felt like I was swimming in a giant bird bath. It hadn't been cleaned in quite some time.

Good and fun”

Good and quite place, little bit outside downtown but ask their car service cause efficient nor expencive and convenient to reach all places. Nightime there is a nice area with park, shops, restaurants, pubs and many other attractions called TonTann, u will like it. The city is quite but has a nice lake with park where is nice to walk around, small but nice National museum, very convenient local market where can buy all kind of clothes. Many sites outside arround the city
