Just spent a great week at the Naina Resort and Spa. Great way to recover from the long trip getting from the USA to Phuket. My (standard) room was spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet, and cool enough with the A/C. Even had a small balcony. The pool was just steps away, as was the on site restaurant (though you can do better at better prices off site) and spa (had two great massages). A brisk ten minute walk gets you to the main beach or Bangla road, or relax and do it in fifteen. Or grab a taxi or tuk tuk or red truck and be there in less than 5. I found it to be perfect, and I would definitely go back. On a side note, check out Fat Boys Saloon (bar) just a 1-2 minute walk on the main road. Free pool, cold beer and friendly service. Was my go to bar from day one... don't be scared that it looks like a biker's bar.

Everything was amazing, Room, view, swimming pool, wifi, and cleanliness. The room we got had nonfunctioning AC, We wasted 2-3 hrs just to make them understand that AC is not working. The later room got changed and no complaints. One piece of advice, please check these basic facilities before check-in, It impacts travelers coming from a very long journey and are generally tired.

Loved our stay at Naina Resort and Spa. They had all the amenities we needed and found it was in a good location around 10/15 mins walk to Bangla Road. We loved visiting Kata Noi, Karon and Freedom Beach by motorbike and they have the facilities there to allow you to hire a bike at the hotel

Perfect Stay ”
I have booked 4 nights at Naina Resort & Spa - Grand Deluxe Pool Access. I loved the room layout, spacious and really nice bathroom. Waking up in the morning with direct access to the pool and also the staff is very helpful. Location is also good about 10 min from Patong Beach, Bangla Road and Night Market. We rent motorbike which even takes us less than 3 min to arrive all the touristic spot. Definitely will book again!

One of the Best Pet Friendly in Phuket”
We stayed here with our dog for 3 nights and we love it that’s why we extended 1 more night. We’re super happy because they upgraded our room. This is memorable for us because we find a very lovely place that is a pet friendly. The scenery is nice as well. You will feel the nature side of Phuket. The place is peaceful and quite in the middle of Patong. This place the best for family as well. The staff will accommodate you what ever you need. We’ll surely come back here and we’ll recommend it to my pet lover friends.

At first, i am hesitate to book this hotel, thinking that the cheapest i get, the worst experience i will have.. but i was wrong, cause NAINA RESORT AND SPA have had the cleaness room ever. plus it is ample of space to move around.. the staff are all friendly and accomodating. i will recommend this hotel to my friends when they have a plan to go to phuket too.. good job guys..

I was a bit worried after booking as I hadn't looked closely at the reviews. I think because this hotel is a bit cheaper than others it attracts budget travelers who actually are a lot pickier and complain much faster I have learnt. Pros: -Shower has fast, warm water -Pool has warm water -A/C in the room -Restaurant is well-priced and is very good -Fresh towels, sheets and 2 bottles of water each day (not sure if this is always the case, but it was for my booking) Cons: -You can nitpick at little details here and there, but you are not booking a 5-star hotel, so I don't think it's fair. They do not reply as fast as other hotels if you have questions. I came on the Phuket Sandbox program and don't know if it is always like this. But, in terms of value for your money, I would absolutely come back.

I visited Patong last December for the first time and chose this resort as a place to stay for 4 or so days. The room was perfect. The pool was amazing and the restaurant food was amazing. The guy who worked on the desk at the front was great help guiding me to Patong beach. I dont remember his name but he told me he was Thai but he spoke perfect english.

Pleasant Stay”
The stay at Naina is still great and peaceful. The room is of very good size with a lot of place around the bed. There's always the basket with the bath towels and an umbrella to go to the beach. The surrounding are not noisy at all so we can have a peaceful sleep. I recommend that place and I got it on my short list to go to Phuket.

Best pet friendly resort, best value for money ”
I stayed with my dog - a big Dalmatian, the staff were very nice and friendly to both myself and my dog. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. It’s within walking distance to Patong beach, I can easily walk my dog to the beach. Such an amazing little gem, highly recommend, exceptional value for money.

I spent 14 days there (Phuket Sandbox) + Staff been friendly, rooms are cleaned very well, nice and clean pool, very quiet location, big parking space, nice resort. - wifi connection is poor, breakfast not worth (the buffet hasnt been opended), joiner fee for those who might bring a guest inn at night I would defenitely stay there again!

The rooms are clean and spacious. Parking place is more than enough for all guests. Breakfast is quite plain with less choice of food and bread. The hotel has very good atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great stay! Our bed is huge and super comfortable. Quiet and clean. Our cat love the room so much. The location is close to everything. If you are food lover, you can order food panda or grab food from famous restaurants around without issue with the hotel. The arrangement of the hotel is pretty wired. The swimming pool just right next to the main street. In the end of the hotel compartment, there is one famous Muay Thai boxing stadium so if you go by car be aware of parking space on the night when they have matches at the stadium.

My friend and I loved our stay at Naina. The staffs were very helpful in answering our inquiries for tours. Our room was always clean. Spacious too. Lost our wifi in the room and I had to work at night, the guy working night shift at the reception offered a midnight snack which my friend loved and she had hard time finding that food in Bangkok. Thank you sooo much!!!

Peaceful home away from home”
At first i was hesitate to consider Naina Resort and Spa for my 6 days stay in Phuket. Some review said (in general) that if you book the cheapest hotel, expect that the service, amenities and comfort that you can get is total different when you get a 4-5 stars hotel but Naina Resort and Spa is a big save for money. Lets talk about the room, it is clean and spacious with a strong aircondition plus it’s balcony that you can seat if you want to breathe some fresh air while looking at the mountain range at the background. the amenities, the pool, the water temperature i just fine and warm. you can use the relaxing chair at the side of the pool. you can eat at the side of the pool but please bring your empty plate as you leave the pool. nice view for photography. the staffs are friendly and always wearing a smile as they greet you “sawadee krap”, you can really feel the thailand culture. the continental breakfast is good. they offer the thai breakfast like stir fry noodle, curry rice, egg, sausage, fruits and different kind of juice. simple however it is value the price. Location wise, Naina Resort is located at the heart of Pa tong, where you can go from one place to another by walking. Overall, i recomment Naina to my friends and family. If i come back to Phuket i will choose this hotel for my stay again.
