Best hotel in Nagoya ”

I was here for work many times. Last year June I brought my son and my mom to Nagoya and choose to stay here because I have a corporate rate with Marriot . They had a good time m this year Christmas. We have no more contract rate with Marriot but I still choose to stay with them . My son had a wonderful time. Staff are always helpful. A big surprise for my son. When we checked out, they prepared a birthday gift to surprise him because I tried to make a booking in their tempanyaki restaurant to celebrate my son's birthday, thought it's fully booked but staff are so helpful to find a place in other restaurants .a very thoughtful gesture that they prepared a gift for my son. I am sure my son will definitely make me come back here.

The best in Nagoya ”

If you say a about customer service, this is one of the best of its kind. The rooms are fairly large and all has good view. If you are lucky, you may end facing the mountains. The bullet train station, Shikanshen is round the corner. And for Muslims, the mosque is 1.5 km away.

Professional Staff Extremely Helpful”

Lost iPhone in Kyoto and reported to police. When I checked in to this hotel, the staff on duty helped me called taxi company's lost-and-found as well as making many phone calls tracking down the found iPhone so I can go pick it up before leaving Japan. Great staff and great hotel!

Expensive, but best location!”

I always enjoy staying here. It's very expensive, but I love the rooms and having access to a REAL gym. I was on the 46th floor and the view was amazing. Room was very well appointed - not much for storage for a longer stay, however. No problem for me, as I was only there for 2 nights. Highly recommend!

Location of the hotel as well as service of the staff is hard to beat. Breakfast at 8:30am onwards is quite crowded despite the big buffet room size. Better to exclude breakfast when booking as there are a lot of food choices right outside the hotel. No qualms on booking this hotel the next time and the next...
