The room has no windows thus the natural light cannot come in. It made us feel like staying in the box and uncomfortable. The A/C was very loud and was not cool at all. We set it at cool mode, 25c and level 3 fan speed... Kept waking up all night because it was too hot and loud.

Room is not quite large but comfortable. No elevator. Outdoor parking lots available around hotel building. Light snacks and 3-in-one hot drinks provided all day at the tiny lobby, also you can ask for more in-room complimentary drinking water. Breakfast is good they have egg-hot-pan and chicken is very good. Staff is friendly and very very helpful. Cheers!

Great, clean room. Very stylish. The free breakfast was not great, but it was satisfactory. Nothing special. The staff were rude when we checked in. So I wouldn't stay there again unless I was unable to find a room elsewhere. But for most travelers, it is a decent option.

Ok Ok, some rooms don't have a window, but we had a balcony door that was glass. If sunlight is a must, ask ahead for a glass balcony door. Super trendy mid sized hotel, with staff that remind you why Thailand is a tourist mecca. Under 5 minute walk to markets and shops. Good car parking spaces. Super good bedding. Quiet and lovely this place.

Not for the Claustrophobic”

Not for one that’s claustrophobic. Who designs room without any windows? I mean look, a dinosaur could be eating your car parked below without you even knowing it. Now the really good points which I will begin with, was the linen and bed were very comfortable to sleep in. There were 2 bears pleasantly placed on the bed for me to hug in my sleep, which was probably why this hotel cost a little more than the others. There was breakfast included, congee was fantastic. I could also order 2nd and 3rd servings till I am full. As again, it was one of my stays during a business trip. The room however was not much of a conducive environment as it was all closed in. The only outdoor scenes I got were from the TV which flashed it occasionally. They had so many channels but it was Thai news 99.9% of the time. In room amenities, well, everything you needed to keep your clothes, to sleep in and to take a shower were all there. A little pamphlet and a fridge were hints to indicate a mini-bar existed somewhere. The pamphlet indicated that coke, beer and some mysterious items that were written in Thai cost how much. But I could neither locate coke, beer nor of any of those mysterious Thai items. As I was having a teleconference 7 pm, I tried room service but was told the kitchen was closed even thought it stated kitchen closes at 9 pm. They were however kind enough to fetch KFC for me. In comparison to what the other hotels can offer this province, I have to say it was a pleasantly decent stay. Don’t expect much from accommodations from this province, this is Sakon Nakhon we are talking about.

@Sakon have own character hotel. Location is not far from city but far enough for quite environment. Room is clean, shower room is prefect and staff are friendly. Breakfast is great. Especially, I found 2 bear doll on my bed when I enter to my room and bed is so comfortable. Parking space may not have more enough in peak period. But have space enough for park your car. I love this hotel.

Nice and comfortable hotel in sakhonnakorn”

We stayed here for 2 nights. Staffs were absolutely amazing The location was great ... just next to Big C and city centre. The tourist attraction is a few kilometres away. The room is nice and clean

It works”

For Sakhon Nakhon, it works ok. Our shower head was broken and we had a big ant problem for awhile, but we've learned to expect these things in SE Asia. The bed was nice and soft. Thai breakfast was good. American breakfast was pretty terrible. The halls echo badly so we heard every annoying person late at night. That wouldn't bother me so much if I was alone, but not with two little kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I think we would try another hotel next time.

Friendly and helpful staff”

I found the hotel to be very clean and good value for money. Bed was comfortable and the room spacious, the shower was nice and warm with very good water pressure. It's true the room has no windows, but there is a door to a small balcony if you need to see the outside or get some fresh air, so this isn't really a big deal. The absolute highlight was the polite and friendly staff, this make a huge difference making the guest feel welcome. I will most definitely staff again.

New hotel with great rooms and comfortable bed. The rooms do not have windows which is ok by me because it's hard to find hotel a with block out curtains. Wifi good, some television stations in English. No elevator so I recommend low floor room. Great location for food because many bbq places around hotel. I highly recommend the bbq place across the road because they cover the veggies and have all meat and seafood in refrigerated cabinets with sliding glass doors. For 150B you can eat as much as you want and beer is reasonably priced too. The hotel is close to an amazing temple that is the centre of attraction for the town. The staff is excellent cheerful helpful and English speaking. The breakfast is terrible!! I waited 30 minutes for my cold omelette.
