The room with sea view is amazing. The beach is right in front your room and you can see the sun rise. The location is great if you are here just to relax and enjoy the beach, but it is a bit far from the city centre. There are several seafood restaurants near the accommodation, but most of them do not serve solo customers. The first floor of the accommodation is a cafe. Residence get 50% discount and the coffee tastes good. The soundproofing of the room is quite poor, and it can get a bit uncomfortable if you have noisy neighbours.

A cozy beachfront gem ”
My boyfriend and I stayed here when we decided to get out of Seoul for a short time. It was a bit chilly at that time of year, and the room was warm, cozy, and exceptionally clean. It is right by the beach in Sokcho and is surrounded by many excellent food options. The owner is very helpful, and their cafe is great. I'd definitely stay here again.

어쩔수 없이 예약해서 다녀왔습니다. 주말에 이가격에 바다전망 구하기는 힘들듯 해요 다소 비싼 느낌이긴 하지만 그래도 바다가 정말 바로 코앞에 있어서 좋았습니다. 평일에 이용하는게 좋을거 같아요

성수기라서 비싸긴 비사네요.. 작은 방에 침대하나 화장대하나 화장실 끝.. 보통 다 그렇긴 하지만,, 너무 아무것도 없는 것같은 느낌이에요. 정말 아무것도 없었지만.. 바로 앞에 해변이라 위치만 좋아요. 방이 4개 있었던 것 같은데 안쪽방을 받아서 창문열어도 바다는 안보이는 쪽이라서 별로였어요. 정말 잠만 잘 수 있는 방인듯.. 주변에 편의점도 가까이 없어서 많이 걸어야 했어요 어쨋든 잘 쉬었다가 갑니다.
