Cheap budget hotel”
Please dont expect much with a budget hotel like this. It is a good place to rest as i was out most of the day. If u are searching for luxury place to rest inside the hotel most of time, then this is not a hotel for you. If you are looking for cheap hotel to hike at kodiang at kedah, and move around perlis then this is a good hotel to stay. Parking always available at night as well in front of the hotel.

- Location (2km from KTM Arau). Grab = RM4/5. - Wifi provided (need to ask the staff for password), but connection not stable. - Only towels & soap provided. - Hot shower & aircond working properly. - Walking distance to convenient stores & restaurant. - Door knob not really functioning.

Room not maintained. Feel very sat bcos stay to relax with kids due have outdoor activities. Water drainage& fill the room at midnight like stayimg at natjroom. Have to call 1st to check-in.

We were asked by the unpolitely by the staff to check out earlier than the check out time (11:15am instead of 12:00pm). Facility: has television but can be use. Only one light an be switch on.
