Great Hotel and self contained destination”
Well designed, perfectly operated, friendly and attentive staff. I'm here on my own, and I can't stress enough how refreshing it is to have staff say hello, remember me, and treat me like a human being. Was a bit worried about location as it's a reasonable walk to the nearest subway. However, there's enough choice of F&B within the hotel development, that actually I don't need to leave.

Sudden but Perfect”
I had to suddenly check in at around 9:30pm but all the staff were very helpful. They had a certain attention to detail that I didn’t feel in a long time compared to other luxury hotels. My check-in staff helped my check-out as well and she even remembered my schedule the day after and offered any assistance with my vehicles. Definitely worth the price

Excellent, classy, hip hotel at great location ”
I stayed at the Mondrian Seoul Itaewon for 15 nights during my vacation to Seoul. The hotel is, for my tastes, very conveniently located .. close enough to be able to walk in 10 min to the train station (Itaewon or Noksapyeong stations) or to the nightlife, cafes etc, but far away enough to be in a quiet area. The Yongsan Park next door is a hidden beauty. As for the hotel I love the lobby with lively club music, the lobby bar etc. The service was also amazing. The food and beverage team at Cleo (one of the restaurants where the fantastic breakfast is served) was excellent. So was the gym - I used it almost every day. I highly recommend this hotel. (It’s also a great location to go sightseeing from to other parts of the city, such as Myeong-dong, Dongdaemun, City Hall, the Gyeongbokgung Palace, the Deoksugung Palace etc).

Superb designed hotel ”
It is so wonderful to be able to stay at the world-famous brand Mondrian, a great design hotel in Korea. There are many different styled restaurants and bars. And the fitness club and swimming pool are superb and spacious. All staffs are very kind and helpful, so you will definitely enjoy staying in this hote.

Excellent service even after a mishap with another customer”
I don't usually write these so here goes. The facility is modern and comfortable, the staff speaks English well and is exceptionally polite. My fiance was verbally accosted by someone using the sauna who was a club member. The staff were very polite and gave us free cafes and water for my fiances trouble.

Good value for money, new building, new hotel so everything is clean and well organized. Breakfast miht be poor for some people for 40 USD really not much, but overall fine.

일단 5성급 호텔을 정말 많이 이용해봤는데 개인적으로 느낀걸 끄적해봅니다. 체크인 시간 40분전에 도착해서 1시간30분만에 체크인 성공 체크인 안내와 체크인 해주시는분께서 굉장히 불만이 많아보였어요. 입실해서 객실 컨디션을 보았는데 전체적으로 인테리어에 신경을 많이 썼더라구요. 침대에 구멍이 네다섯갠가? 있었고 세면대 밑에 수납공간과 휴지통이 있었는데 가구가 고장이 났는지 안닿히고 인테리어 디테일에서 벗겨지거나 찢은 때 같은게 많았어요. 그리고 조명때문인지 모르겠는데 먼지가 많이 날리더라구요. 욕실은 유리창으로 된 일체형! 그리고 욕실호수가 오래된건지 고장난건지 암튼 물이 여기저기 세요. 욕실에도 물때가 굉장했습니다. 이 가격대에 맞는 객실컨디션이 맞는지 의문이였어요. 가장 위층의 루프탑 바를 이용했는데 , 테이블이 흔들리고 원하는 칵테일을 주문하기 힘들었습니다. 없는게 있더라구요 5성급인데 야외수영장은 이용안했습니다. 조식은 이용했는데 , 뷔폐식은 아니고 메뉴 5가지? 중에 골라서 주문해요. 조금 의문이 많았어요. 제가 알던 5성급 서비스와는 조금 달랐던 부분들이 많았는데 혼란스럽네요.
