Very fine hotel and fine staff”
I made a mistake by coming to Changsha at this time of year, but I can say that the hotel cleanliness, modernity, and especially the swimming pool (which was fabulous) all met my expectations. Changsha seems like not to be much of a tourist destination, but the hotel is excellent.

Booked Modena for my last night after coming back from Zhangjiajie and could not be more pleased. Hotel is connected to a big mall which was great since it rained heavily so we were thoroughly entertained despite never leaving the building. Rooms were nice and clean with all the amenities you would need. Bed and pillows were comfortable, a big problem when I had to get up early the next day :) Would like to commend the staff for their service. I had initially booked the room with free breakfast but ended up having to take the earlier train out which meant missing breakfast. The staff very kindly booked a taxi for us and phoned our room to let us know, and even packed a simple breakfast for us! Small gesture but made me very impressed! Highly recommend, a pity I only stayed 1 night.

The washer/dryer is excellent and very convenient. The air-conditioning works very well. The breakfast has broad selections, with both western and eastern food and the taste is delicious. The staff is very nice. We had a problem with the Safe at one time, Jerry came over and resolved the problem smoothly. Housekeeper Ms. Zou and Ms. Gou did a very good job, we were fully satisfied with both of them. I highly recommend this serviced apartment and will book it again once return to Changsha. The only sorrow is that there is a distance to a metro station, would need a taxi. I would also hope the staff can strengthen a little more in English speaking and listening.

This hotel carries the international brand well especially when you are in a second tier city like Changsha. If you are looking for a hotel which is international by western standards, you would not be disappointed. The only downside is that it has a small lobby and unlike big hotels, the entrance is not facing the main road. But then, this is after all a serviced apartment, and a comfortable one indeed.

i must highlight the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff besides the perfect hotel and rooms. one of the staff by the sir name of Li is really very helpful. we arrived the first day around late midnight and we were supposed to fly off the next day to ZJJ and she was very kind enough to help us to purchase the air ticket using her mobile app. We stayed for another two nights on our return from ZJJ and she was there again to serve us and this time she upgraded us to a bigger and better room with no extra charges. What a great hotel with great services !

A very comfortable experience”
The staff were quite warm and polite. I remembered during the stay one day I went down to complain over the problems I had with wifi connection to my computer, they heard and replied to me that they will have someone go check it in my room. Getting back after hanging out at the gym, I probably had kept the guy waiting for like 15min (which I didnt expect it)when I saw him waiting by the door. I started to feel sorry about it and apologized. He was being very polite the whole time and his atittude of serving has soothed me. The room was very clean. It was a good staying experience.

EXCELLENT beyond words”
The moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew this was an experience. Elegant, smiling Chinese hospitality we had not been able to experience in both Anting Villa Resort and Pullman Shanghai , warm and welcoming, helpful explanations. The room is a spacious 50 sqm, luxuriously comfortable with bedding amenities of 4 pillows each on 2 queen sized beds. In the morning the overlooking of the city view while a breakfast was served, and the luxurious indoor swimming pool and perfect gym with the state of the art technology equipment.... speechless. Our housekeeping staff was just courteous to the letter. We loved everything. Special thanks to the concierge Reese who was a star at every turn.

I stayed here for a couple of days. Emasculate hallways, clean room, nice gym with all the essentials except for lack of a squat rack, , nice fancy indoor pool with glass ceiling. The staff were super attentive to my needs. I would definitely stay here again. The lobby is very basic which is expected for a suite type of place.

Very new hotel, official launched on begin Nov 2017. Nice comfortable room with good cury view. Hopefully they could up keep this place for long, as cleanliness in China hotels or studios are not able to last long unless those international 5☆ standard ones.

Very good apartment with spacial room and amazing view”
It is a well-located service apartment with spacial room and amazing view. You can enjoy the spectacular view of the Juzi oasis in Xiang River. The room is very clean with new cookwares. You can simply go to the shopping mall just down stars to buy whatever you want for cooking. Also there are a variety of different restaurants to enjoy.

I usually take a double room but surprisingly the single room for one is not too bad too. Comfy 3 feet wide single bed. Bathroom shower was great. Huge flat screen TV and even a sofa.

This serviced apartment meets all my needs in terms of amenities, comfort, spaciousness, good breakfast and proximity to CSX attractions. Not too pleased with the constant heated air from the aircon, the RMB500 deposit when i already paid upfront, and lastly the expensive RMB40 swimming cap.

We only stayed one night and haven't wandered much into the city. We took a taxi from the train station but afterwards it was a bit unclear that the entrance was underneath the building. Aside from that, a nice gym and swimming pool.

Staff is very good but room is soooo hot”
We stayed at 40th floor. The aircond is centralise system. We can not control the temperature. The hotel set to warm air 24hrs.. it is so uncomfortable till I check out one night early to Sheraton. Call the hotel staff. They apologised and request us to open the window which can’t even open more than 10cm. Request us to off the aircond so that it will be colder. We tried and the busy street noise is bothering us so much , resulting warm and noisy stay. We immediately check out due to we really don’t test well at all. Imaging the walkway is colder than the room
