Not Much Choice”
There isn't much choice for value priced hotels in Ulaanbaator. This hotel is a bit far from downtown and has seen its better days. I would say it is adequate, but I ended up with bed bug bites.

滞在中5日間お湯が出ない。 部屋の掃除を頼まないとしてくれない。 暗い。

ウランバートルの中心部に位置しており、ロケーションはとても良い。スタッフの対応もフレンドリーで良い。料金も他のホテルに比べ安い。ただし、シャワーのお湯が出ない、水圧が弱い。夏以外の利用は考えものです。

ロケーションは中心部まで徒歩圏内でとてもいい。スタッフの対応もいい。ただ、お湯の出が悪く、九月であったが非常に寒い思いをした。

日本大使館のすぐ近く”
繁華街からはやや距離があるが、日本大使館のすぐそばにあり、何かあったときは安心な場所に位置している。英語はあまり通じないが、こちらからの質問に対して一生懸命に対応してくれたのでスタッフの印象がよかった。4階の部屋だったが、エレベーターがなく階段を使ったのでよい運動になった。

値段の割りにいまいち。衛生面に難も。日本大使館の近くで、周辺は静か。”
2泊しました。1日目は1900頃到着。まずシャワーを浴びようとしたがお湯が出ない。フロントに言うと、夜8時にお湯がでるとのこと。夕食後戻ってきて、シャワーをひねってみるがいつまで経ってもお湯が出ない。フロントに言うとすまなそうに、「トラブルでお湯が来ない。朝には届く」と。仕方ないので朝起きてもお湯が出ない。今日の12時には届く。。。こんな感じでしんどい思いをしました。運が悪かったのかもしれませんが、この時期、夕方以降はかなり冷えるので、水シャワーはつらいです。2日目夕方以降はお湯が出るようになった。モンゴルは水事情が悪いとは聞いていたが、6,000円する部屋でこれではと思った。部屋は広く、掃除も行き届いており、布団やタオル類も清潔。しかし、バスルームは排水溝の臭いがした。朝食は種類が少ない。トーストと卵クレープ、スープ、サラダ各１種類、シリアル類、飲物（コーヒー・紅茶・ジュース）程度。スープはおいしかった。食堂は埃や拭き残しはなく清潔であるが、ハエを追い払いながら食べる必要あり。エレベータなし。スタッフはカタコトの英語しか話せないが誠実で色々と親切に対応してくれた。

予約確認ミスで他ホテルに移動を強要されました”
フロントには片言の英語を話せる人しかいませんでした。 その為、予約バウチャーも読めなくてチェックインした後に予約がないと宿泊を断られ、近くの他ホテルに案内されました。（その費用はMIKA HOTEL持ちです） 翌朝唯一英語が話せるマネージャーが出てきてようやく予約を確認してもらいMIKA HOTELに戻りました。

Worst service and Staff”
Before I arrived at UB, I've never expected that I will get so much stress for four days because of this Hotel. First, for four days, my room hasn't been cleaned (Even not touched!!!) and even toletries and towels hasn't been replaced. On first day, I justed stand and tried to understand that cleanning lady made a mistake and skipped my room. On second day, I asked nicely to the conciegies to clean my room . They just said "oK" and "wait". but, nothing happend. The next day, I requested again, but, nothing happend again. The next day, I almost begged to get a least towel and finally get new toletries but no cleaning was made. Please believe me and do not stay this XX hotel. Whatever your purpose will be, I am sure you will ruin your day. While I also have many things to say about the attitude of hotel staff, I will not do it to save my time. But, if you want and like to adventure, stay there. You will get what I mean. !!!
