Good budget Hotel in city center ”
Everything is just within walking distance from the hotel. The staff is cooperative and friendly. The breakfast they provided was very good. The rooms are clean with air conditioner. But they do not have TVs in the rooms or at least in my room. I would recommend to put TVs in rooms as well.

Friendly staff. Worth for money. Cleanliness is not really upto the standards. Provided a towel-skeptical about the freshness (👎)a small soap(👍) Easy access to groceries and cafes.

There was no Tv in my room. Bed condition bad, damaged metres. Break fast was not good at all. Water bottle only once per day.

Smelly rooms with no windows ”
We stayed there for 3 nights. Thrre are no windows in rooms. Airconditioner wind is smelly. Bed linen are not clean and they provide already used ones. Even we requested new ones they didnt provide. Only one towel was provided and only one tiny soap was provided for whole stay. Booked room with breakfast and on the first day they provided it only when iquired but next two days they didnt even bother to provide breakfast. Place is close to pettah, colombo city centre and lotus tower.

I was expecting a room as per pictures on the website . The bathroom had a plumbing issue . The place was absolutely filthy . There was no tv , no hot water , no water bottles, no toiletries. The bathroom cabinets was super filthy. There was a lot of hair on the floor . I would not have had the room if it was not raining heavily. It was late in the night to find somewhere else . We were desperate. No discount was offered given the state of the room . However I am very happy with the service by member of staff. They both were very friendly.

Misleading previous review ”
The current review for this hotel looks very good and we booked the room. When we arrived we shocked to see the exterior. Looks like a rundown hotel. The lobby was worst and smelly. It looks like local budget hotel. We booked for breakfast in Agoda but the receptionist told they stopped the breakfast 3 months ago. The full of mosquito and smelly too. We also booked the same hotel after 4 days but immediately cancelled.

All facilities shown in the web are falles. Fragile location. No parking even. Parked at the road side without safe. Rooms are not clean. Broken doors and wash room. No tv. No wifi. Breakfast bought from adjesent cheap resturent. Too much noice at night fragile community. Never recommend for any one stay over there.

Stayed August 2016 After what seemed to be an eternity from Colombo Airport we arrived at our hotel. The location was sensational. Walking distance to the lake, Galle Face Green and surrounding areas. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and even a bottleshop around the corner for a nice cold beer. The hotel itself is pleasant enough, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size with comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Airconditioner was a pleasant relief from the mad, dusty, polluted and smelly surrounds that is Colombo. Considering the hotel is on a busy road didn’t hear much noise from our room. Breakfast was basic, egg any way, toast bread, tea/coffee and fruit, good enough to start the day. All in all would give this hotel an 8 out of 10 rating. I would recommend and stay there again.

Location in middle of Colombo with main train/bus stations only 15min walk away. Friendly staff, clean room and a simple breakfast served,toast,eggs fruit, tea and coffee. Great cafe/takeaway just 50yards away on corner of street which opens at 5pm. Will be staying again when i return for flight. Excellent choice if in Town for a couple of days
