"I have booked a twin room and send the message that there will be two people travelling yet the hotel did not have my reservation and when they finally got my reservation they told me it's only for one person . I had to pay extra £80 even though I have prepaid the room £140. per one night. No 5 star hotel cost £220 let alone the teahouse. I was being ripped off. There was a bad light in the room. Couldn't see where I was going. The room was very small there was no space to put my staff. Even though the beds were heated the room was cold . The shower was warm but the towels were bit damp due to the cold bathroom. There was no hairdryer in the room and you could not use yours as the electricity was too weak. The room's window overlooked the patio so anyone that was sitting there could see everything in the room. In the morning the shower was cold and the breakfast was horrible with old bread. I was told the hotel was fully booked but when I got there I was the only guest there. "
