    Pleasant stay at Mama Motel”

    Cleanliness, accommodative staff, near Knagar town, easy accessible to Kuala Perlis jetty (to Langkawi) & Padang Besar

    Our stay at Mama Motel was pleasant. Though there are not many staff attending to your needs but they were very helpful and accommodative. The motel surrounding is peaceful & non hectic. I would stay in this motel rather than the motel/hotel in Kuala Perlis if I want to go to Langkawi the next day. Going to Padang Besar is also no hassle & would take you about 1/2 an hour to reach there. I would stay again in Mama Motel when I travel to Kangar.

    Beyond Expectation”

    Location, staff, amenities

    Room was good for its price. Modern interior, complete with towel, heater, soap, very good wifi connection, TV & sejadah. Outside of room have drinking water (hot&cold), kitchen utensils & iron. Motel located in front of paddy field which has very2 nice view. Walking distance to restaurants, laundry & groceries. But, the owner (Mr Farib) has done beyond our expectation. We've problem finding car for rent (since it was school holiday). So, on the first day, he offer us to use his motorbike. On our second day, he brought us to breakfast & finally found us a car for us to rent. Not even that, he brought to the car owner's place which is quite far from his place. Really thankful to find such a good person. Hopefully his business will grow beyond.

    Its a muslim motel,.Big spacious family room,good aircond and fast wifi...thanks to the very kind owner and his worker who can tolerate which i think the 4 5 star hotel cant do.

    PLEASANT WEEKEND STAY”

    GOOD LOCATION, VIEW OF PADI FIELDS, SPACIOUS ROOM

    We arrived at 5am and the staff was very accommodating. The motel is situated in a shoplot but the Family Room faces the front of the shops, with a nice view of the padi fields. There is ample parking space. Surroundings are quiet. The room has 2 Double Beds and is very spacious, especially for families with young children. The bathroom was clean with good quality shower and sink. The towels were thick and clean. Bedding was good too. Mattresses felt a bit thin though but for the price you pay, it's a good bargain. All in all, a very pleasant stay in a town where everyone moves at a relaxed pace.

    Ample parking, spacious room, nice view, good staff service.

    I was travel from Johor, arrived very early at 9am at Kangar. Request for early check in, but our booked room still accupied but then the staff gave us another room to stay before move to our booked room. Very appreciated it becauce of our exhausted journey.

    Room just ok. Water dispenser, towel, hot shower, tv and wifi works well. Location bit far from Kangar but not a concern since price was ok.

    A place for relaxation ”

    A bit far to town. And not all local know the area, Medan Pulai. A very new area. We went to this motel by Google. Anyway, a quiet and nice place to relax. Nearby, got a famous nice Malay food, well known as Anjong Keli. I don't mind to come back again to stay here.

    Far from town. require own transportation Room comfortable but guest another room making noisy and bang the door during midnight the owner of hotel always not in the Reception counter. need to call the hp number if require assistant.However the owner is friendly provide free tea break like biscuit and bread Room is clean and wifi is strong overall worth for stay

    Not Worth for Value”

    staying 1 night with RM 80 . Value not worth as for other budget hotel. We can get better facility for other budget hotel with this pricing. There were no hair dryer and shampoo which are the basic things needed in motel.

    easy check in, value for money & quiet

    Can consider chesp for 4 person in 1 room with 2 queen bef for those travel with children. Nothing much can say just a standard room and also clean. Near to famous restaurant keli and at night nearby tomyam restaurant is available for those whose lazy to go out far looking for dinner

    Cheap, secure, wifi in room

    No hot water in bathroom, cold shower day & night.. Lots of ants & cockroaches.. They don't really clean the room or change tower if stay more than 1 night.. Security is good.. Wifi in room, very good.. Good location and cheap..
