Great for the price, we asked for a room with a window as some reviews said the rooms didn’t have any - we got the room in the promo photo overlooking the street. No room cleaning while we were there but we got new towels and coffee at reception. Some bar noise but that’s part of being centrally located. Would stay again.

Clean, good value and central ”
Stayed here often. The lady that works in the daytime is always pleasant and helpful. The rooms at the front have an exterior window ( daylight), but the internal rooms only have a window onto the corridor. WiFi is good as your cell phone coverage can be hit and miss in the building. Can be noisy at certain times but it’s usually because of other guests lack of respect and consideration. Overall it’s fine and a good spot!

Great place to stay, minutes walk from everything. There was no elevator, so if you have bad knees ensure you check which floor you are on. The staff was great. Very friendly. Had a problem with AC, and they swapped rooms. Thanks! Showers great. Clean and modern. Bed was a little hard for my liking. Great location, staff and price

Air conditioning didn't work properly I told them but they weren't bothered. It worked 10 minutes they stopped then you had to switch back on .did the same all my stay .would not stay there again.

No Windows in the majority of rooms”
No Windows in nearly all of the rooms, my room was cleaned twice in six days. Only got 6 bottles of water during this time. You can hear everything from the hallway and the next room's toilet flushing.

No window cell. Moved out for a family booking”
Booked for the week and was made to leave mid week as they sold my room to a walk in higher bidder, large Khmer family. Being New year week, everything sold already online. I had to pay over the odds away from where I wanted to be, to find accommodation. I asked the management if they could help me find another place but they were only interested in me leaving quickly to cater for the incoming couple. Didn’t ruin my week in Kampot, although I wouldn’t recommend staying there. Oh and good luck squeezing past the mottos in the lobby and sleeping security guard when you come in at night

Comfy bed, good TV and en-suite”
I booked and paid for a room with a widow and was told on arrival that all 'window' rooms were fully booked - as opposed to a window to the hallway. Rather than argue, I contacted Agoda and received a discount. Room's without exterior windows were $7 USD cheaper and a fair price considering location and room standard. Excellent location yet, somewhat noisy until the bar across the street closed. NB: Few rooms had windows with natural light which, for me is important.

Very expansive for the service ”
I think the room was very expansive for what you get : no breakfast, no boiler, no window, no fresh air coming in the room so they do not smell good, and the hotel is very noisy because we can hear doors, other guests or the thousands of birds in the street. The staff is a little bit rude, but I think it's because they don't speak English very well. I wanted to stay one more night and she told me the hotel was full. Looking for another place I saw there was 1 last room.. She told me "yes but it is single". So what? I am traveling alone.. Discovering the room, it was a double bed... Looked like she did not want me to stay. Then I had wrong information regarding the bus I booked with them to battambang (it was a minivan instead of a bus)

Pros: Great location, facing small park. New and clean establishment. Cons: ground-level rooms don't have outside windows. They don't enforce non-smoking rule. The room we got had strong cigarette smell.

OK stay”
Friendly staff but didn't get the booked with window and got one without instead. We were tired so we took it for the night. Bathroom light was flickering. Bed is rather firm. Location is very good.

Okay stay”
This place definitely got the job done. Our room did have a "window" that opened into the hallway. The AC didn't work very well, but kept the room cool enough. The location was great, close to all the restaurants. We did have an issue with ants in the room, when we brought it to the attention of reception we were provided some raid which got rid of them. Overall not the best room but good for the price.
