Cheap and central, but there is better”
We were travelling in two and had a room with bath and aircon. The hotel is not far from the centre and close to Mekong river. The room was ok, but not very clean. Stuff not friendy, very bad English... seems to focus only on Chinese groups... it was cheap, so for 1-2 nights ok. But I‘m sure there is better in Krache.

Upon arrival, the room was identified and checked-in. After getting into the room, I noticed that there are some missing i.e. clothe hangers, TV remote, and even the electric kettle with either tea or 3-in-1 coffee. Only supplement drinking water was provided. I asked for clothe hangers and TV remote and it took two days to get them. Late clean up the room and they left the bathroom wet all over then left the room and locked.

It's ok”
It was comfortable enough. The staff did there job neither rude or particularly friendly. We booked this as there was a very limited choice in Kratie on agoda. If I was going to Kratie again I would just look around for a guesthouse once I got there although if I didn't find something that was ok I would stay here again.

Grand looking but poor location”
Well appointed room. Clean and comfortable. However, very noisy from works outside and from room above - thin floors or something! Staff did not speak much English but were able to give us a tuk tuk driver to get to see the Dolphins, we paid 12usd between 3 people but probably could have got him to 10usd if there had been only two of us. A good 5-10 minute walk to the centre, this does not sound far and usually I would not mention this but there are plenty of places to stay a lot closer to the centre, it is a very small place! Would probably stay closer to the centre at a different place if staying again

hotel tres propre a 500m du centre mais pas loin de resto... par contre lhotel ne fait rien pour vous pas de reservation de bus petit dej et surtout inutile de demander ils sont avec leurs telephones... meme pour avoir du papier toilette il faut faire preuve de persuasion..

Camera brutta e sporca... Receptionist saccente dall'aria infingarda. Per quello che è il prezzo credo che in Cambogia si possa trovare di meglio o almeno della stessa tipologia a un terzo di quello che abbiamo pagato noi
