Great place to stay, in a good area close to the city. Has a nice feel about it this place and the staff will be able to help you with a lot. Anandi drive me out to Terelj National Park and the others helped me with a number of things. Plenty of restaraunts just around the corner. A good value place to find your feet in UB.

This hostel in general is not bad, however, the type guess that frequent this place and the staff's lack of professionalism and effort caused me leave early and check into another hotel. First, this place could use a deep cleaning. I found several living bugs in the private room that I booked. Additionally, the toilets could be cleaned and restocked with toilet paper more often. I entered a bathroom stall where there was spit on the toilet seat. Lastly, I thought the staff could be more helpful when it came to assisting it's visitors.

Because of the good reviews I booked this hostel two times. When I first arrived at this hostel they had given my room away to another customer despite the fact that I had prebooked the room weeks before my arrival. They offered for me to sleep in their office for the first night then change to the original room that I had booked. This was a hassle because the office was not a good space to sleep in and essentially they turned the couch into a bed and called it a room for me. Once I was moved to my pre-booked room I was relieved; however, during my stay, I found several roach-like bugs crawling all over the bed. During my second stay, I didn't bother to stay the night because of the other guest that were occupying the hostel at the same time. Mannerisms and standards for cleanliness differ among countries and that is understandable to a certain extent; however, when it comes to spitting on the toilet seats and sleeping in the common area certain levels of common respect are crosse

it was good location,not far from chinggis khan square,the receptionist was so nice and glad to offer help,I got enjoyed staying there during my ub trip!

La chambre, la douche et le toilette sont très sale même les draps je doute qu'ils est été changés. Sinon il y a tout qui fonctionne bien et les services annoncés y sont.
