Quick service, great location, but old rooms”
I have regular stays in Seoul and from my experience, Lottel Hotel gives the quickest service - if you made your reservation online, check in and check out takes no time. The room is a bit old and small, though they keep it very clean. With the price I'm paying though, I would expect the room to be a little more spacer. Location is definitely one of the best, situated right next to Lotte World, connected to a large shopping mall and food court; Jamsil subway station is right in front of the hotel and so is the Airport bus station to Incheon and Gimpo. Hotel has enough facilities to keep you entertained for a day or two if the weather gone bad. However though, if you don't dig these facilities, I would suggest you to stay in the nearby Lake Hotel which is just 3 minutes walk away from Lotte World and half the price to pay - it also has newer, bigger rooms, and more local restaurants nearby. I usually stay in Lotte Hotel only if if Lake Hotel is fully booked.

Good Hotel but disappointed a bit”
I was looking for a hotel where I can enjoy a weekend with my husband. And there was Lotte Hotel World with special promotion. It seemed like they offer free Lotte world tickets. Because when I checked the detail of facilities & room, there were 2 photos of lotte world ticket. And I think it can be a cheating as well. However the tickets were not free but they offered 50% off of the tickets, which almost anybody can get it without staying hotel. (The same description was appeared on Agoda and booking.com at that time. Therefore we assumed it could be real that they would offer free tickets. ) Except that, we were generally happy about staffs, facilities and breakfast. But it cannot take back our disappointment that nobody apologized properly. :(

Nice hotel”
This is a great hotel, but I expected it to be more luxurious for the price we paid. The hotel is connected to the Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, Lotte World Theme Park and the subway. There is also a free shuttle to the other Lotte Hotel in Seoul. There is no free wi-fi in the hotel though. There is a cable in the room which will allow you to go online, but be careful, internet service is expensive! Breakfast is also not included. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

Luxury hotel in mega complex .”
Lotte hotel World is a luxury hotel in a massive shopping and theme park complex with Lotte department store,duty free shop, food courts,Lotte theme park,IT mart and Lotte (grocery)mart.It's located a few km from main cultural areas of Seoul, so other than the major complex it is in, there are only a park with large lake across the road and office buildings around it. The hotel lobby is very spacious with friendly and helpful staff who understand some English. I left my camera behind and so happy that they kept it for me. We booked for a triple room,the room was comfortable and high standard but quite small, with the extra bed added in there's only very narrow space left between beds. The traditional spa in hotel basement is exceptional with spacious hot,cold and special pool, steam room and sauna room.The spa attendants were very helpful showing us the proper procedures of traditional bath.

Wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel World”
we had a wonderful stay in lotte hotel world. the rooms were big enough to accommodate all 4 of us (kids aged 8 & 5). it was very convenient since the the theme park, department store and supermarket was just next door so it was very easy to have a nap for the kids then go back to the amusement park, there were many restaurants to choose from on the 11f of the dept store and we could easily buy water/snacks from the supermarket. it was alo very convenient that the subway was just below so very easy to go to our other siteseeing destinations. there was also a free shuttle bus to & from lotte hotel seoul in the city center where most of the other shopping malls and restaurants where located.

No extra touch made to the stay”
I was approached by the lobby staff when making my way towards the reception for checking in, to offer assistance in carrying my luggage. Was impressed with the prompt service. Booked the character room. Nicely decorated room. As we were there to celebrate our child's birthday, the hotel did not show any additional gesture like complimentary birthday cake, upgrade to Lotte World view.... to make her birthday celebration more magical. Toothbrushes, cleaning sponge, disposable bedroom slippers are provided. The character room sleeps 3. Hotel was linked to Lotte shopping, Supermarket, short walk to Lotte World from the side of the hotel. Across the road is the Lotte world Tower. Overall a comfortable stay.

Good business hotel in Olympic village (Jamsil)”
Lotte Hotel World is an excellent hotel if you are traveling on business, and want to stay near the Olympic village in Jamsil. 1) It features a Lotte Department Store right next door, with all the convenience (i.e., trappings, depending on your perspective, I guess ...) of the typical Lotte Department Store: Food court, shopping, and even the Lotte World theme park to boot; 2) The hotel itself is typical of a four- to five-star hotel; I would qualify it as an upper four or a lower five. It's decent in terms of cleanliness and has good service. I picked the hotel because it has a gym and the price includes the gym. The locals use it as a high-end health club so you see quite a few people my age (45 to 55) showing up in the morning running on the treadmill; 3) This is right on top of the Jamsil subway station, and both airport bus lines run here, making it very convenient in terms of transportation. i really enjoyed my stay at lotte hotel world. this hotel is at a very convenient location, close to gangnam and samsungdong. from incheon international airport, you can catch a kal limousine straight to the hotel. there is a duty free shop annexed to the hotel as well as a huge department store. the hotel is also connected to seoul metro which means you can travel around seoul very easily. the staff were excellent providing great service and i was also impressed with the gym facilities.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hotel World. This hotel is at a very convenient location, close to Gangnam and Samsungdong. From Incheon International Airport, you can catch a KAL Limousine straight to the hotel. There is a duty free shop annexed to the hotel as well as a huge department store. The hotel is also connected to Seoul Metro which means you can travel around Seoul very easily. The staff were excellent providing great service and I was also impressed with the gym facilities.

Great location, but not 5 stars”
This hotel has a wonderful location. We have stayed here every time we go back to Seoul to visit family since they live so close to this location. The staff is very attentive and kind. The lobby is clean and you have easy access to the lake which has a great running path around it. This hotel is also located directly across from Lotte World Tower, which is the 5th tallest building in the world. In addition Lotte Department Store, Lotte World Mall and Lotte Mart (grocery store) are all connected via underground walkways. There are dozens of restaurants, convenience stores and street food booths in addition to line #2, Seoul’s main subway line beneath this hotel. The bad part about this hotel is that the rooms are dated, and small, however they are clean. They provide only one outlet strip next to the TV, so you cannot plug your phone in next to the bed. They provide only 2 towels per day. This place really needs a remodel to bring it up to a 5 star rating.

Fair Experience”
Lotte Hotel was close and convenient for a Lotte World visit. The room was very clean and comfortable with a good view of Seoul at night. It seemed a bit overpriced for the amenities as only the executive floors has complimentary access to the fitness center and sauna. Overall, the Lotte Hotel was a good fit for traveling with a toddler needing a nap time and still being able to get the most out of Lotte World.

Luxurious hotel - lovely king room ”
We would stay here whenever in Seoul. However avoid eating at Lotte Hotel World if at all price sensitive. Food and alcohol purchased in Lotte Hotel World (apart from at the ground floor brewery) are hugely expensive in a country where food and alcohol is generally so good and so cheap. Buy in advance fruit, yoghurt and other breakfast foods from Lotte Department Store below (in advance because it doesn't open until 10.30am). Also buy breakfast style tea bags if not able to stomach for breakfast the green tea bags provided in room. Concierge staff are very nice and helpful but have limited English. However they will offer to hire you a cab to take you to the airport but instead you should opt for the airline bus that leaves frequently and at low cost from outside the hotel.

Super nice character room my little boy love it.”
Excellent nice front desk service as we have arrived the hotel much earlier than the standard check in time. The front desk staff have considered we have young kid alone and let us have the room once available. My boy loved the hotel very much especially those cartoon character stay inside the room with him. Super nice experience we have stayed 5 nights in total let us have a memorable trip. The hotel room is comfort, clean and silent with good location. Must stay again for our next Seoul trip in character room is a must choice for us. All the Lotte hotel staffs are very nice and have efficiency response for our request. Hope have more different type of character room to choose in nearly future.

Memorable Stay”
1night stay in the Character Room and 2night stay in the Standard Deluxe Room. Both were equally comfortable & spacious. Commendable: Professional, patient and helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to and fro Lotte Hotel Seoul and they allow check-out customers to deposit their luggage at the other hotel. Free and strong WiFi connection in hotel rooms. Regrettable: Character Rm 702 does not come with a bathtub. Room Heater in Std Deluxe Rm 1813 was not in working order. Though I have reported the fault during my stay and the technician sort of 'fixed' it but the room heater still does not heat up sufficiently. Luckily, the room attendant brought us a portable heater which was a real life-saver.

Review about Lotte World Hotel (Seoul)”
Lotte World Hotel is located at the hub of of premier business and shopping districts, also it's the part of a massive complex - shops, eateries, and Lotte World itself. I had no real complaints about the hotel. The rooms were of a good size - nice and clean. The amenities were plentiful - all sorts of things in the room. The personnel was polite, hospitable and always with smile. I have to say that this is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in my holidays. If you have young children, this is the hotel to go for it.

Lovely hotel and great service”
It was very nice staying at the Lotte World Hotel, most of the staff are able to speak in English. The size of the room is smaller compare to other cities in Asia, but the service is excellent. Easy access to public transportation, bus stop just front of the Hotel, train station just go down to the basement, and of course if you prefer taxi, just step out to Lobby. You can go straight to the Lotte Department Store, Charlotte Cinema, Lotte Mart, and the Lotte World.

I'm so satisfied with the hotel services.. The services was fantastic and all the staffs are very polite and helpful. Hotel was connected to lotte department store, AvenueL where you can found and buy all international branded stuffs, And lotte world mal.. Hotel also connected to sunway at the underground.. So, you just walk down from your room and you can found everything you want from cheap to expensive.. Also the hotel also connected to one of the largest theme park in korea which is lotte adventure theme park..

luxurious hotel with fantastic service, superb!”
as soon as we arrived we were whisked away from the taxi with 2 bell boys (who my daughter thought were very cute. the front desk was extremely polite and informative ..... we arrived at 10am which was too early for check in ( supposed to be at 2pm,) but the reception checked us in anyway and said room would be cleaned and made available in an hour (11am) our room had almost absolutely everything you needed all toiletries, bathrobes, dressing gowns slippers very spacious very large twin beds, beautiful view non smoking just wonderful...tv, free wifi water bottles the workes they thought of absolutely everything...my daughter and i just loved it all..... lotte themeworld was a hop skip and a jump away we had the best experience of seoul at this hotel, our regret we didnt book it for more days we had to catch our flight.... also we ordered a bowl of ramen late at midnight which at first we thought was costely but it was fully worth it, was yummy and came with condiments....the best meal ! it may be far from town but they had free shuttle to town....airport limousine just outside the hotel..... we enjoyed every minute of our one night stay at this hotel worth everypenny!!!!

My first choice to stay in Seoul, convenient in many ways, connected to Lotte World , Lotte Department Store and Lotte Mall and underground connection with Jamsil Metro station makes your stay even pleasant, breakfast was nice , always polite and very professional staff, not to mention its huge clean sauna and nice indoor pool . It was an indeed pleasant experience residing at Lotte Hotel World. Staffs were very friendly and helpful and possesses a great command of English. There was an employee who helped us wholeheartedly when we checked in and out yet did not hope for any tips. Top notch professional service indeed. The hotel also provides comprehensive facilities such as swimming pools, internal golf and saunas. In addtion, the room service is very efficient. No complaints about this hotel at all :)
