Covid-19 Safety Concerns”
While the hotel provide SHA guarantee, both the GM and staff did not enforce other hotel Group customers. This exposed Covid-19 to myself and other hotel stayer. In saying that both the reception and cleaning staff are friendly. However, cant say the same things about the concierge staff as we end up carrying our own luggage to check in.

It's totally pet friendly hotel. It's separated pet zone from normal guest so most people who stay here love animals. I love it. The room is clean and comfortable. Just only breakfast that has less kind of food. I'm a bit disappointed but it's still ok. If you love animals, please choose here.

Beachfront Accommodation”
Great, with a pool and delicious food with variety. Conveniently located by the sea, perfect for families with children. The only issue is with the service, which needs improvement. Parents should take care of their own children as the staff does not always watch or explain to them. Also, children should not be prohibited from playing on the slide. Some children want to play and should be allowed to do so without being scolded and told to go home. As customers, the staff should explain and communicate with the child's father in a gentle tone. Please improve on this matter.

Best place to spend the holidays by the beach”
Had our Christmas eve and Christmas dinners at Surf&Turf. Food was great as ever and the staff were awesome. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was as good as the one at the Pavillion

Clean room, good swimming pool, very nice private beach. Good common area, plenty of parking, good surrounding restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Convenient to walk to outside restaurants. Comfortable without noisy cars, suitable for chilling. The bedroom has a bathtub, the beach has plenty of seating. Convenient facilities along the beach. Bathrooms are located near the beach and pool.

Good location away from the congested crowds of Pattaya Beach or Jomtein Beach. Two 7-11s nearby for room snacks, various restaurants in walking distance (3 to 15 minute walk), more if you want to walk farther. Self service laundromat within 10 minute walk as well. Surf & Turf restaurant by the beach.

Spacious room with good view of both the sea and the city. It's quite old but clean, and the staff are friendly. It's a shame that there's no beach area. There are many options for breakfast, and the bar and some areas are closed, making it look quiet and lonely. However, I understand that the economy has just recovered and tourists have just returned, so they may gradually reopen.

Beachfront without traffic”
Pros : amicable staffs, efficient reception , delicious food at Surf and Turf seaside restaurant, good air conditioning and running water, large pools with gigantic floats for kids, clean pool, clean floors, near many attraction in North Pattaya. The room is spacious with comfortable mattress which doesn’t hurt your back and the pillows are clean and just right in height and firmness so it doesn’t hurt your neck. As a result we had a very good sleep. Cons: although it is not as new as other hotels, it is well-maintained and we all had a comfortable stay
